How to lost weight living in a dorm? -

im 5 4 and before i went to college im 120 lbs and now im 150 lbs. i want to lose all the weight i ve gained but i live in a dorm with a hectic schedule. I cant find time to exercise. What should i do to lose the weight i ve gained? what steps should i take? any suggestions on the food that i need to eat? thank you

I don t exercise at all but I m slim. Eat junk food *max* once a week and veggies is the way to go - of course don t get rid of meat, just make the veggie% of your portion higher. Asian food is great for dieting, it s often low in fat. You could buy an asian cookbook or look around in the net for nice recipes. For snacks dried fruits are good, but many brands have lots of added sugar in them so try to find something natural. Eat slowly because you ll feel full with less food like that - it takes several minutes before it starts to feel. And as a general rule of thumb eat until you re 80% full so you still won t go hungry... In other words make your portions 3/4 of what they are and make veggies 50% of it. If you re still hungry after that, add a bit more - dieting shouldn t be a stretch.

How to lose weight with what ive got.... DURING THE WINTER!!!!? -

Ok I m 14 years old and 5 6.5 and bout 170ish lbs I m not sure really but the weight is mainly in my butt, theighs, and tummy areas. I play softball and volleyball but, there not in season and so Im doing nothing but getting fatter for this winter and I really really dont want that to happen soo I need ur help I would like to loose around 50 to 20 lbs b4 summer that is my main goal but I have no idea what to do. Let me tell you how my battle is being done. Everybody is different because of individual metabolism and genetic inclinations so losing 50-20 lbs will take different amounts of time for different people. I am 5 7 and 155lbs right now and I have lost 1-2lbs a month. I ve seen some people lose 10lbs in a month, but that would be at their peak loss. I ve lost 10lbs in over 4 months. No sugar is better than sugar, but in case you were going to use an artificial sweetener, more studies all the time say that artificial sweeteners make you fat because your body somehow can tell you didn t actually get the calories that it tasted were coming in.Keep in mind that just a teaspoon or so of sugar is still FAR less than what they use in sodas and sweetened drinks - usually they pack in every bit of sugar that will dissolve before it settles out.I found that if you drink enough green tea and don t over steep it (not too hot and not more than 2-3 minutes) that it takes nice just plain.

You need to eat lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef) , low gi fruits (apples, bananas, pineapple, oranges), green veggies (broccoli, celery, green lettuce, spinach), only whole wheat breads (look on the package and she if the first ingredient is whole wheat flour, if it is it should be good unless it has high fructose corn syrup like Mrs Bairds does). Eat 5 - 6 small meals a day, this will increase your metabolism and help you to not feel so hungry in between meals. It��s all about portion and calorie control regardless of what food you are eating, but remember cleaning up your diet and eating X amount of calories of lean good healthy foods instead of X amount of calories of candy bars (I know you are probably not eating 4 candy bars a day but its just an example) will help you lose it faster. The leaner you are eating the faster you will lose it, and you will get a toned healthy look instead of a skinny jiggly look. You also need to drink at least 8 glasses (8oz) of water a day.
