I know how desperate you are to lose some body fat. You want to look shapey and slim again but you have to stop putting unnecessary pressure on your self and your body. just eat a well balanced meal...stay away from high calorie food...get all the exercise you can...and do not worry or stress on losing weight at your age...but just make a way to live by ...eating healthy but getting exercise in fun or work....do not eat a lot of junk food either....try to put for fruit into your diet...eat sweets just on occasion....but be a child while you can too...but i understand that you do not want to be fat....but do not take it to extreme either.....

You don t need to lose weight at 9 yo. Its both terribly dangerous and pointless. What s more, you need to gain weight as you grow anyway. If you are overweight for your age (And I don t mean you think you are overweight cos you don t look thinner than the little tarts in magazines) then I suggest you start a healthy eating regime where you eat so that you grow into your extra weight. Its so easy at that age to simply let your body use the extra weight to build your body.

Proper nutrition, plenty of excercise and water. It really does work!No fad diets, no starvation or other stuff like that. No doing a Mary Kate . She s lucky she hasn t died yet like Karen Carpenter.

Unless your totally overweight, stop fretting over weight now; studies shown that kids from the ages of 5-17 that diet, unless their overweight, have weight issues once they reach their 20 s. Just maintain your weight now or you ll regret it later.

Good weight loss tips, Im an evening muncher!? -

I am currently at a BMI of around 27, which is pretty unhealthy and puts me in the overweight category. I weigh around 11 and half stone and am 5 3 ish. I work very strange hours so have problems eating at regular intervals, so when I do eat I binge. Also, when I m not doing anything, I find myself feeling hungry and its always for savoury foods. Can anyone recommend something I can pick at that is healthy?

If you want to lose weight then you need to burn off the calories you eat. By healthy diet and exercise.If your hungry in the evening why not try fruit.. Or just have a drink of water... It makes you not hungry anymore.

Plan your meals ahead of time. Fruits, vegetables, baked or grilled chicken, brown rice. All natural foods. Avoid preservatives and food additives. Oatmeal for breakfast, 1 oz. nuts mid morning, salad/chicken for lunch, 1 serving for snack 2, brown rice, grilled chicken, 2 veggies for dinner. Eat veggies late at night or if you really want something that is off the diet then eat a small portion of what you really want. Portion control means a lot to maintain a healthy weight. It is a struggle but I know that you can do it. I am evening muncher myself. I have to plan my foods or I eat what I should not. It is hard to do but it can be done. Good Luck!

I m an evening muncher too! The cravings come at night for me. Try eating more filling foods for each meal that you have. For lunch today i made myself a double cheese burger. It was only 315 calories! McDonald s double cheese burger is almost 500 calories. It was so filling and i haven t had any cravings for hours. eating home cooked meals will help you not have so many cravings. try not bringing home junk foods and try eating home cooked meals instead. if you don t have it than you can t eat it! so be careful what you bring home. come up with a program that fits yor schedule sit ups and try running a mile daily and then by the end of one week you should be able to run it as the weeks move up your progress should to week by week you should be able to run more than a mile try timing yourself toset a time limit

running will make your stronger. run with alot of clothes on to make sure your body gets hot and sweats. the lighter you get the faster you will get. if you want to get stronger you need to lift heavy weights, however, this will add body mass and you said you didnt want that.

im 15 and i am about 149 lbs. and im 5 6.5, my doctor says this is normal but im not happy about how i look...my size 4 shorts from last year dont even fit! its already march and my mom said shes not buying me new shorts b.c she bought me like a whole summer wardrobe last summer...i run 5 mins. everyday and do 100 sit ups and lunges...i try not to eat fatty foods but i seriously have to eat carbs and bread b.c they give me my energy. do you think if i keep up this plan i can fit in my shorts and look good for summer?!? last summer i weight like 136 lbs. if you dont think so can you give me quick weight loss tips..

Chill. You are still growing. If you are anywhere near a size 4, you re good.And who cares whether or not they are a 4 or a 5? Being healthy is the most important thing. Stop crunching numbers, especially when you re in good shape.And running for FIVE minutes? What s that gonna do?Just focus on being HEALTHY. Not avoiding every food out there and going on badly planned diets that do not produce good results. If your doctor says you are normal, then just chill. Join more sports if you re unhappy to tone up, not diet.

That weight sounds normal to me for your height no matter what people may say. Just eat healthy foods do not go less than 2000 calories a day for your age weight. If you are 5 6 and 123 pounds you don t need to lose any weight it is recommended that a person who is 5 the ideal weight is 100# and to add 5 # for every inch above that. Drinking a can of diet soda will hurt if done in moderation, if you want to lose any weight drink water and it flushes out toxins and fat.

How Well Will This Work??? -

I have tried everything to loose weight and I can t. My problem is mainly in my stomach and thighs. I walk at least 1 mile 3 times a week and go to the gym 2 times a week. I am REALLY watching what I eat and only drinking water. For snacks I am only eating fresh vegies. I am also taking NV (for women). I used to drink alot of soft drinks and cafine, so will cutting that out help me to loose weight. Plus I have only been doing this for about 4 days. My starting weight was 148 and I am only 5 5 tall and size 11. I really would like to be in a size 4-6. So am I on the right track?? And if anyone has any good weight loss tips PLEASE share.

u r on the right track.. and here is a little hints to help speed it up a little.. drink ice water.. it burns more calories as your body heats it up.. also while walking swing your arms and walk fast then slow down then fast etc... and you might add 1/4 mile to your walk once a month.. and while sitting move your feet back on the floor like u are walking it burns calories alos.. good luck
