Im 59quot; 200 pounds...how do i lose weight? -

I almost feel like eating is coming from boredness, or it s more of a habit. I am 19 years old and eat fast food all the time because it s convenient. I never drink water, which is probably very unhealthy. I need tips on how to lose weight quick, and pretty much a diet plan if anyone has one. Please help :)

it kind of sounds like u know what u need to do. start drinking more water. fill a nalgene water bottle up and try to drink 2-3 a day. it will increase weight loss. and fast food. once you cut that out you should really be able to tell a difference in the way you feel an look. its filled with so many unnatural processed junk. if you really have to get fast food because ur in a hurry get a salad, or a 6 inch subway is a good option. just start looking for fresh alive foods. not greasy processed food. i feel that if i prepare my meals i appreciate and enjoy it more. its also time not spent eating cuz ur board. try searching for a healthy recipe online sometime, nothing too hard or time consuming, and make it. if you have bad snacking habits a yummy one is peanut butter (natural brand like adams, not skippy) and apples or celery. even if you change what you eat and not necessarily how much (but that would be good too) you would probs we able to tell a difference. it also wouldn t hurt to get some exercise . even walking is good if ur not doing anything already. when i work out i feel good about myself afterwards for doing it and then i eat healthier cuz i dont want to undo all the good i did working out. remember the faster you lose the weight the faster you can gain it back. so dont go on some crazy starvation diet to lose pounds super quick. you just need to change ur eating habits and stick with it and you will see results! good luck to ya! dont give up!

dude that is the problem...you already know why you are big. fast food is the worst, and refined sugar as well. they are extremly dense in calories you will be amazied how much excess calories you can consume eating fast food. Really any diet will work for you to start off but it takes alot of reading and you logging on a note book what you eat and when.. its work but the results are worth it.I presonally do The Anobolic Solution for Bodybuilders its a High fat medium protien LOW carb diet and it has help me shed the last 20 pds at a great rate... also weight loss should not be your goal..its FATLOSS.. usually 1-2.5 a week is a good amount to lose. i suggest you read some diet books and see wutch on u would like to try

Its not the diet program or exersice, first you need is deeply support from your love one, i mean all the comitment you want to do is useless if you dont have the support.Iam your biggest, no 1 hearing from you man, its not easy. you must happy doing all the program to lose your weight, its all in the heart you find the answer !!

I want to lose weight fast? -

i weigh 120 pounds,i wanna lose weight in my tummy,not in my butt or legs or thighs i wanna see how much i can lose in one week starting tomorrowi don t want anything to deal w/ pills or nothing like that.

Sorry to dissapoint, but there is no way you can lose weight in just your tummy. If you lose in your tummy, you ll lose in your butt and legs and thighs as well. Losing weight is a team sport for your entire body, and you can t lose in just one area (unfortunately).It s not too great or healthy to lose more than 3 or 4 pounds in one week- that s a super short time!My suggestions, however, would be:Food:Protein protein protein!Meats dairy are going to be essential if you intend to work out.Fruits veggies, as well- they have really few calories and will keep you satiated.Lay off the grains and sugars- try to limit your treats to once or twice a week, and watch yourself! Keep in mind that when you re dieting, you ve got to burn off any extra stuff you eat.LOTS of cardio. That means a 30-40 minute speed-walk or jog /every day/. Eat 5/6 SMALL meals a day, that means you ll be eating every 4 hours or so- so you ll have your breakfast (low fat yogurt with berries is excellent, or fruit and a glass of milk, or whatever healthy thing is on your menu), then your lunch, (chicken salads, eggs, ect) then at around 3 have a snack (peanut butter celery, some fruit, some toast, ect) then dinner, (meat! steak, chicken, ribs, beef, whatever) then around 7 have another small snack. Then that s it! Try not to eat past 8pm.Along with your cardio, try doing some weight lifting or reps of abdominal exercises. You could start with 50 crunchies and 20 leg raises or pilets, and work from there, or start lower- where ever you re at. I suggest doing those once every other day.TAKE A BREAK ON SUNDAY!You need a day of rest; that means no 40 minute jog/walk, if you really need to get out and go limit yourself and make sure you re not pushing it.No exercises today, either!Good luck, and remember to eat!:)

Im 170 and 5 7 I m going on vacation in 3 weeks. Can any one help me give me a daily plan or something to help with the weight and stretch marks HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) Eat more fruits and vegetables, eliminate or reduce bad fats (trans, saturated). Be sure you are eating 3 meals a day (esp. breakfast.) And get into a pattern of eating times. DO NOT reduce food intake, just set certain times and follow them, eating good foods ( chicken, pasta, fruits, etc)2) In free time, - jog 1 mile - 25 sit ups- 10 push ups- Repeat both to exhaustion- Jog 1 mile - Cool down and stretch^Do this once a day consistently, if you can not do the set amounts, lower them, especially to begin with. Your body will be able to do more with consistency.As for stretch marks, buy yourself some cocoa butter and apply before sleep.Most importantly, do not become discouraged. You will not lose 30 pounds in the time you have set, but if you do this over the length of the Summer I can assure you you will be well on your way to your mark.Good luck, hope this was helpful.

If you eat carbs (bread, pasta, muffins, donuts, etc), eat them in the morning, stop eating carbs at around 12 pm.That way, you ll burn them off during the day.Try to switch one of your meals for a salad.Eat healthier foods, avoid fried food, stay away from mcdonalds, BK, etc. I know it s hard, I m addicted!Try to cut back on sugars too, even a lot of fruit are packed with sugar, so don t eat them after around 3 pm.Go running.You can run 4 times a week-start running for 15 minutes for a couple of days, then increase to 25, then 35, then 45 the last week.You can t get rid of stretchmarks that quick.To really get rid of them, you d need laser.You can hide the appearance with make up though, and buy something that ll make them fade.Usually the most expensive one at the drug store works well.You can also use cocoa butter every day, twice a day to prevent new ones from forming. It also leaves your skin baby smooth.Hope this helps!

Unless you re starving yourself on top of working out all day for the next 3 weeks (which I highly not recommend), you can t loose 30lbs. Stretch marks are present because people will loose weight too fast for your skin to adjust to it s elasticity. This is why you should always loose weight naturally and gradually so your skin can adjust with your weight. You could always do one of those 7 day detox diets. Sometimes you can loose up to 10lbs just by doing that.

liposuction.It s like a month till June 12th.The most you could lose is 10 lbs.Stretch marks take more than a month to fade completely.

if you really want to lose weight make a meal plan in which plans on what you will eat for the week.like on Monday you could it a low fat yogurt with orange juice for breakfast lunch a turkey sandwich w/ no mayo or condiments lettuce is fine.and for dinner eat a simple fruit salad or any salad w/ no dressing/condiments and that can set you for a day.but make sure you don t starve yourself to lose weight eat a light snack like grapes or a granola bar that is low fat.cut out all junk food and soda and think about healthy and nutritious meals.before you know it the wight is off and you feel better.make sure your health is first because if you don t watch it you could have serious health issues.watch yourself well.
