How to lose weight before summer? -

Well im 14 years old and i am a little over weight i think. Im definitally not fat but i do think i need to lose a few pounds before summer hits. I am going to be seeing my crush a lot this summer and also i might be moving to the beach, so i want to have a nice body. Anything will help! :)

Try running a lot, it works out almost every muscle in your body, especially your core, which will give you some nice abs :)Also, when summer approaches your gunna want to swim a lot, swimming is possibly the best exercise you can get, it works everything and will give you a nice toned body.Make sure you exercise at least three times a week so you don t become out of shape.Also eat the right foods, don t starve yourself, but cut down on the junk food and try something like baby carrots with ranch dip.Summers not for a while, so if you keep this up you should look great for summer :)

You will definetaly lose weight. But just be careful that from depriving yourself you don t go on a binge. That often happens if you deprive for too many days. I think just eating soups would be a good plan. Good luck

Its possible to lose weight in a week but most of it will be water weight but thats still gd if you want to look a little slimmer:)All you need to do is exercise, drink water(no sodas, yes teas), have at least 7:30 ours of sleep, stay away from salty foods, eat alot of fruits and vegetables(Watermelon is an amazing food because its a diuretic, which helps with lossing the extra water in your body), and never ever skipping breakfast:DBreakfast i what jump starts your metabolism and makes you burn colories though out the day :)For breakfast have some cereal with fruit to the side(apples are great).Lunch can be egg sandwhih on a whole wheat bread.Dinner can be chicken with veggies and by the end of the day you hould have drank 8 cups of water :)Hope this helps!:D

3500 calories equals 1lb. so i mean run the treadmill and stay focused for a week. there is realy no way to lose a good amount of weight in a week. maybe u will ose a pound or two. run 1 mile every day on treadmill or better yet outside. 10 min if you can run 30 min that would be best.

For short term and I stress short term fast weight loss stick to fruit and water. You can eat plenty of it and pretty much snack on fruit any time you are hungry but remember its not a long term plan and wont provide you will all the nutrients that you need long term. You will probably lose a couple of kg in the week. Also you can drink an energy drink very first thing in the morning followed by strenuous exercise such as a run. To get the benefits you need to do the run only having had the drink. Again not a good idea long term or a good idea to run for too long.

If you want to lose like 5 pounds or 10 in a week your only option pretty much is maybe crash dieting or cutting your meals in half. Whatever you prefer. drink water like crazy, it will clean your system, keep your diet around fruits and veggies. and on the day before the prom you can drop alot of wieght by doing something that will make you sweat like crazy. as in a sauna or jogging in place with warm clothes on. need to do it for like 2 hours straight, but be safe about it. dont hurt yourself. the weight will come back on the next day when you rehydrate. have asprin in your purse for the prom, being dehydrated might give you a headache. oh and you could just purge after everymeal. my friend developed an eating disorder and she is hotter than ever

OKay, I need some help and advice on how to lose weight. I have two major problems... I have trouble controlling how much I eat and I can t find any exercise program that works. u jus need to commit urself to sit ups. when u eat cut ur food up so it is smallerand chew atleast 20 times. the longer u chew the more time the food reaches ur stomach making u feel fuller.

Try substituting, instead of so much meat try other sources of protein like lentils, more white meat instead of red and water instead of anything else (soda and sugary drinks are just empty calories). try shopping at whole foods stores you will realize that by having more healthy options around it will be much easier for you to make the right choices. cook with unsaturated fats such as olive, soy, and canola oil as opposed to butter. Dont forget the work out either just make small changes like taking the stairs and if you have the time a short jog or walk. it helps if you have a partner :) Don t forget to eat healthy balanced meals above all and make sure you are getting the right nutrients, check the ingredients and if possible buy organic. The best way to loose weight is to eat smaller portions of food. And eat healthy helps a bit. Try to stay away from fried foods, because they wont do you any good, also try jogging. Run for about 5 minutes for one week and increase that about 5 minutes each week. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

What I love is that people don t understand that if you lose 10 lbs extremely quickly, it will be nice because you will have lost 10 lbs, but your body will have had very little time to show the effects. You won t automaticattly drop a couple sizes just because you lost weight so quickly. It depends on which fat is burned off and other factors. The only way to lose weight is eat healthy and exercise. Pills and everything thing else just help, but they won t work if you aren t doing the right things in the first place.

I am 5 5 and weigh 135 I am also 28 and have had 3 kids. Also, I don t know what your eating habits are, but it certainly wouldn t hurt for me to tell you that portion is everything. Instead of eating a whole candy bar, eat half of one, hell, eat HALF of everything you eat and you will never have a weight problem.Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, green tea is very good for your body as an antioxidant and help subtly speed up the metabolism. Salads (without fatty dressings and cheese) are very good for you, chicken is the king of meat in my opinion, as long as you don t fry it. Avoid fast food entirely, and walk anywhere you can as often as possible. Drink diet sodas and juices (aka - cherry coke zero, sobe lean, crystal light, etc.) avoid sugar, switch to the 100 calorie snack packs, including popcorn. Eat apples, they are very filling! Cheese is an unecessary evil as well, so is milk, if you have to have it, drink the fat free kind. 100 calorie popcorn is a great snack. Eat turkey lunchmeat instead of a whole sandwich, etc. Eating is necessary, over eating is not. I also have a meal shake in place of a meal, I find it incredibly helpful at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Something that helps me to lose weight is not eating really late. If you don t eat after seven it is easier to lose or maintain your weight, if you eat an even earlier dinner (by 5ish) and not eat for the rest of the evening, it is even easier to lose the weight. And of course, make sure you are at least exercising a few times a week and not eating too much junk.
