Can I expect to lose weight if I began taking diarhettic and water pills? I know that there is cramping side-effect, but I need to lose 10 pounds extremely quick.
What I love is that people don t understand that if you lose 10 lbs extremely quickly, it will be nice because you will have lost 10 lbs, but your body will have had very little time to show the effects. You won t automaticattly drop a couple sizes just because you lost weight so quickly. It depends on which fat is burned off and other factors. The only way to lose weight is eat healthy and exercise. Pills and everything thing else just help, but they won t work if you aren t doing the right things in the first place.

I am 5 5 and weigh 135 I am also 28 and have had 3 kids. Also, I don t know what your eating habits are, but it certainly wouldn t hurt for me to tell you that portion is everything. Instead of eating a whole candy bar, eat half of one, hell, eat HALF of everything you eat and you will never have a weight problem.Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, green tea is very good for your body as an antioxidant and help subtly speed up the metabolism. Salads (without fatty dressings and cheese) are very good for you, chicken is the king of meat in my opinion, as long as you don t fry it. Avoid fast food entirely, and walk anywhere you can as often as possible. Drink diet sodas and juices (aka - cherry coke zero, sobe lean, crystal light, etc.) avoid sugar, switch to the 100 calorie snack packs, including popcorn. Eat apples, they are very filling! Cheese is an unecessary evil as well, so is milk, if you have to have it, drink the fat free kind. 100 calorie popcorn is a great snack. Eat turkey lunchmeat instead of a whole sandwich, etc. Eating is necessary, over eating is not. I also have a meal shake in place of a meal, I find it incredibly helpful at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Well if you really need to lose weight that fast first id say that its not a good idea to lose weight fast. The way to lose weight though period is to put out more then you put in .You can try all the pills you want but a human being still needs exercise.Personally I enjoy food as I find most people do so I try not to be a diet freak. I like to eat meat!So leaving the put in side alone. Of course don t go overboard; You should exercise regularly, anyone who has ever really tried this compared to any other way you can think, will agree its the best.Pills have side effects, you don t need them!

pills always end in a law suit.just eat 4-5 small and healthy meals a day (every time your body eats it will burn fat, so if you eat smaller amounts more frequently, then you will loose more weight)and excersise.
I wouldn t take pills. I would do it the old fashioned way. Exercise and cut back on food. Sometimes you can just cut back on food alone and not exercise and lose weight. my mom is just cutting back and not exercising and she is losing pounds :) Eat littler portions. and drink water

If you want to lose 10 pounds quickly, I suggest going on a high protien, low fat, low carbs diet. I don t like them for long term but in one or two weeks you can drop the weight yu want to. Avoid pills, especially diuretics.Eggs for brakfast, cold cuts and raw veggies for lunch and again for dinner, in general. Also drink lots of green tea.

Something that helps me to lose weight is not eating really late. If you don t eat after seven it is easier to lose or maintain your weight, if you eat an even earlier dinner (by 5ish) and not eat for the rest of the evening, it is even easier to lose the weight. And of course, make sure you are at least exercising a few times a week and not eating too much junk.
