How to lose weight??? -

I m 14 *I m a girl) and I lose weight really easily. I don t really gain weight from eating, so this information is not so much for now, its for later, when I do start to put on weight.Will cutting out junk food and eating lots of fruit make you lose weight? Well yeah it would but how much in a week for the average person?What exercises can you do to help you to get your stomach nice and toned? I know people always say there s no point of doing these exercises because you have to lose weight and they always say do some cardio as well as toning exercises, but I m 14 so people would think I was weird if I said, I need to do running to help me lose weight . It would go into that whole there s so much pressure put on children these days which I don t care about.But if you cut out junk food and ate fruit and drank water, would that let you lose enough weight to at the same time work out your abs to get them toned? Like, if you eat healthily instead of doing cardio?

Finally, a calorie is a calorie, whether you burn it off doing cardio, or burn it off by eating more healthfully. So if you eat healthy, you will lose weight even if you don t do cardio. Cardio just speeds up the process.

i was a pescetarian for 2 months to see if i ll lose weight but it didnt work,then i had to cut off sweets,chocolates and stuff like that.i still didnt lose any weight,so i had to become a vegetarian,now.im not sure yet.then now.i only eat 1 meal a day..so im losing like, 2-3 kg per week,im not sure if its healthy though.and i get dizzy sumtimes.im used to it now.note: i dnt do excercise..though i do PE twice a week.and i walk to school once a day everyday,i dnt wanna excercise cuz i dnt wanna get all muscle-y..i know..its weird..but i wanna be quite skinny.help me!please.=]

Try this, you ll see and feel results in 2-3 days. The muscle will outweigh the fat so don t let the scale discourage you :)For exercise, try switching it up (Monday work on arms, Tuesday work on stomach, Wednesday work on legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs) though you can choose your own schedule/plan. Try buying about the things (one for legs, one for stomach, one for legs and maybe as you get more into, you could add more). Crunches and jogging.

In order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you intake. Simple as that.I would suggest eating every 2 hours with meals snacks to help boost your metabolism. Cut out soda junk food out of your diet. Try to stay away from refined and processed food.You can have a cheat day once a week by eating whatever you want.As for exercise you can start out doing stretches, and crunches. There is no way to lose weight without exercising. You have to eat well and be fit.Good luck.

I am 14 years old and i eat really healthy and normal meals and i play football and soccer and i do pe in skool but for some reason i keep getting fatter and fatter. Start jogging!! Im convinced jogging is magic. It tones, it loses so many calories and you actually feel so good when you accomplish a good new distance. When losing weight jogging, its about distance not speed, so dont worry about going too fast if its hard.It works - I promise!

i wanna know of a good diet to lose weight fast?? i don t want tablets, just a easy to stick by diet.

I know it sounds cliche and annoying, but:Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, lots of water, making sure you have some lean low-fat protein (fish, chicken without skin, nuts) and a lot of exercise.The best possible exercises are running/jogging, brisk walking, getting stretches in, and pilates. Green tea and spices are great for boosting the metabolism - the rate at which the body burns calories. Speaking of which, calorie counting is not going to help. All it does is actually slow the metabolism. Not good, when you want a fast one.Also, great for not wanting the pills - the sad truth is that they do not work. Lastly, if you re under 16 years old it is a very bad thing to diet, because you could still be growing a bit and dieting stunts the growth.

First if you already haven t, switch to diet soda. That made me lose at least 10 pounds in the first month because i drank so many! Diet Dr. Pepper is my favorite, that s the only one i found that doesn t taste diety. But water would be a better choose. Then i eat lean cuisine meals. Around 3 a day and i give myself set times to eat. Just because i found that i eat out of boredom, not hunger. So you don t really have to that. They aren t that expensive, at my walmart they are 2 for 4$. For snacks i eat those 100 calorie packs, pickles, almonds, dried fruit, cereal bars...i mean the list goes on. There is tons of food/snack food that are low fat/calories you just have to look a little bit harder. Ive just now started walking on the treadmill too, usually about 1 or 2 miles a day. That s all for work outs, haha. I limit myself to 1000 calories a day. So far i tend to lose round 5 LBs a week.

Weight training is not gonna make you to muscly.. you cant really target any specific part of your body doing cardio and other workouts work everything out.

stand in place with your arms out, and turn them one direction and back a hundred times, then reverse the direction, then do it all again with your arms dropped to your side... your arms should tone after awhile of doing this ... this is easy to do while watching tv

i guess u can just do some pushups every now and then. it wont be enough to make a bunch of muscle but it will probably get some weight off it.by now and then i mean maybe 2 times a week, its wat i do and it works for me.

get some 5lb dumbells and workout with those. also do upper body aerobics.

i need to lose 2 kg in the space of a week to two, i need it so that i can move down a weight division for the tae kwon doe comp coming up, i obviously dont want to stop eating but will exercising everyday help this weight come off.

Aside from cutting back on meals slightly, avoiding salt and salad (and other foods that cause water retention) you could probably pull it off. Also, you can take off about a pound or more after using the restroom. Dehydration is also a possibility, but not a healthy one. Just spend some extra time jogging and it should be possible.

of course. and a bunch of cardio exercise will too.

First off, limit yourself to 6 times that you are going to eat every day.. No more. Make sure to eat a breakfast that is at least 60% fruit. A smoothie is always a great idea, and a glass of SKIM milk NOT whole milk. In between breakfast and lunch, if you need to, limit yourself to a banana, or something small and healthy like that. Get a nalgene, or big bottle of water and drink at least three full bottles a day. You will find that the water really fills you up, and takes away any cravings. At least twenty minutes of excersize is also crucial. Try riding your bike to the market, or doing favors for your parents by running to the pharmacy, and doing errands for them while getting excersize. If you are like me, then you dont like running for no reason, so doing something like that is a good excuse. Your dinner should be your smallest meal by far... I m trying to lose a massive amount of weight around 50lbs or so, but the big conflict is that I kept craving for food and not motivated to excersise. some days I can go to the gym 2 or 3 days in a row but other days I put 1 week in gaps. my eating portion is not to good either I keep wanting more. is there anyway you guys can help me? and what food I should eat to stay healthy and low calorie

I have lost 43 lbs and have 20 more to go. The first thing you need to do is set a goal. I would recommending a locally organized bicycle ride, run etc, join indoor soccer league, etc. Select a goal that is tough. Start training for that goal because you can do it. Next do what you enjoy. If you like running��run. If you like bicycling well then cycle. The key to loosing weight and is consistency (NOT INTENSITY). the routine that you follow is quite a good one but unless you dont follow the routine strictly it wont be helpfull and you should not be lazy.Starving yourself is silly because it sends your body into a low calorie burning mode, and it could cause serious health conditions.eat whole grain stuff and replace soda and other soft drinks with water is quite helpful

I lost weight by doing one simple thing. Every meal (4 meals a day) I put everything I m going to eat in front of me and I won t allow myself to get up for seconds. After the meal I immediately wash my teeth and gargle with mouthwash. It works, have you ever eaten anything after you have mouthwash in your mouth? It tastes nasty! :)

I would suggest a play a physical game of your choice everyday.. Swimming helps a lot in burning calories.. Try to eat healthy than consuming junk foods

Losing weight is DEFINITELY not easy. I can give you help based on what I ve learned trying to motivate myself to lose weight and hit the gym. If you have noticed the gym doesn t work, try a personal trainer. In my opinion, they definitely seem to help more than regular gym memberships. Working out even three times a week is a good routine, maybe even doing cardio in between those days. As far as foods, you will want to change your routine (if you haven t already) to eat 5 small meals per day. Make breakfast your first, eat a snack a few hours later, another at lunch, one between lunch and dinner, and finally dinner. Eat healthy foods (less bread, cheese, etc.) and stick with chicken, veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese). You can eat cheese, just in moderation. If you re anything like me, you need something sweet to drink along with your food. Soda is my biggest obstacle in my quest to lose weight. Try and limit those kinds of drinks for the weekend. Make a splurge day where you eat what you want. Try and abstain from that for the rest of the week. It isn t easy, but try going less and less per day if it helps. Good workout plus good eating habits equals a weight loss. You won t lose your 40 lbs over a period of a month, but you will be on your way. Keep your motivation high so you will be apt to lose more weight. Remember, it s all in your head. I m trying to lose 40 lbs as well, and have so far lost 10. Cut back on calorie intake and go for a power walk after supper... its very important not to eat anything after 6pm, that s when your metabolism slows down and everything turns to fat then.Also drink lots of cold water! (it burns calories for your body to warm up the water) also chew gum, cuz your body will think you re eating and starts digesting the extra fat in the body!
