Anyone tried burn the fat feed the muscle program? -

its a fitness and weight loss program and I want to know if any one has had any success with it? thanks

YES - I love this program! i lost over 58 pounds using it in 18 weeks - and i still have a little way to go. I had tried a few others out there like acai berry, teas, and stuff but none of them worked for me. I want to loose weight faster? -

hi all .. plz plz guide me .. i want to loose at least 15 kg maximum in 2months and i m very tensed because of that.. kindly give me helpful tips regarding to weight loss .. i do 2 hours gym daily ( one hr machines and one hr aerobics ) and half or one hr walk daily.. and drink green tea 2 cups a day daily...i have to loose lots of weight from my tummy and thighs ... my weight is 77kg and age is 25 ,, so whats my weight should be? my hgt is 5 4 ..........and also tell me easy home excercises and how to make healthy weight loss salad? what vegetables i use to eat to loose weight ?? please please give me your precious tips .. i ll be thank full to all of you

My mother and a few of her co-workers were on Dr. Garcia s program and they ALL did amazing. I can t understand why one person calls it bogus and suddenly the question is resolved. Maybe that person is in competition or something. Report Abuse

They use the generic medications phentermine and phendymetrazine. They try to sell you multivitamins and injections that do nothing. Report Abuse

do u know any good dist programs without u have to order ood from them and that give u meals for free or they give u recipe to cook easy ones and they tell u wat to eat for teens only diet weight loss program i am not 19 im 13 anyone im on www.sparkpeople.com but i dont like that that much caus my dad aint going to buy me all of it NOT even one ingrediest please help

Hey,The best thing you should do in this situation is to find out what you have at home. and see if you can make a tasty food out of it. You don t really need a recipe to cook the food.One thing to keep in mind would be to balance the right things. like put less oil. add different vegetables. put it in the grill. Less of fattening stuff and more of healthy stuff. next time you go shopping with you dad make sure you buy healthy stuff. more vegetables, fruit.If you are looking for good snack you can boil vegetables add some salt to taste and some chili powder (as per your taste). and then scatter few strands of grated cheese on top and let it melt. this will make it tasty and healthy.Experiment with new things.
