losing weight is easy...losing weight quickly is tougher, but do-able.first off cut your calories. go online and find a BMR calculator, calculate your BMR and try to eat less calories than that per day. Second, stop drinking soda/caffeine. The only thing in soda is sugar, and as we know, sugar makes us fat. if you stop drinking it you will see results quickly.lastly, exercise. I know that no one likes to do it, but you need to, and I don t mean lift weights, you will gain muscle mass doing that and it will make you look fatter with the fat sitting on top of it. Go for a jog, ride a bike or be like those creepy old people that powerwalk around the mall in spandex.

I know exercise and diet change is what everyone says. But, it s true.Extreme dieting can do damage to your body. Lose weight for you and only you.
