I need to lose weight fast for a wedding in 3 weeks what should I do? -
I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks just exercise everyday like an hour and eat like twice a day but not junk food only healthy if u must have a hamburger or whatever just make it one time a week

I m able to keep off the weight I ve lost for ~6 years now. At summer camp, I ve also went on a cereal-salad-and-skim milk diet . For breakfast, I would only eat grain cereal with skim milk and drink another glass. For lunch and dinner each day, I had only a salad and two glasses of skim milk per meal. Camp was only 5 days, but I lost a considerable amount of weight for my father to notice my weight loss. xDCurrently, I ve been exercising. I have an air-stepper at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I m improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those standing-up crunches. I don t know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. You can see a sample of it here: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness��The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now. ^____^ Very happy with the results. You can do as many as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It s incredible!If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^Good luck! :D
yes that is very healthy for you, but try and get more sleep, your still young :) and heres more tips:do an early morning workout. (30-1hr)eat breakfast, its the most important meal of the day.but eat a healthy meal, like a fruit with OJ or milk, and some eggs.the best thing to do is simply watch the amount of calorie intake. You can really eat what you want, but make sure your gettin the right amount. Too much of something in one sitting is very bad. So for like lunch eat a fruit, a sandwich, salad, or something not very heavy or too light. For dinner, eat proteins, Carbhoydrates and a vegetable. Work out everyday, or atleast 5 days a week. (walking)stay away from fast food and fried food.Organic foods are best.The type of milk you drink also matters..if you drink whole milk gradually start drinkin 2%then move your way down to 1% and than silk/soy milkgood luck :)
the way that i lost a lot of weight was running dieting and exercise. i know this sounds weird but i started to do yoga and me and my dad both lost a lot of weight i went from being 180 to being 155 and im loving it. just one thing it has to be a life style and exercise needs to be done daily hope this helps

Water. Most, if not all, fruits veggies.Also if you have a craving for chocolate, do dark, the darker it is the better.
when you are thinking about a cookie or a brownie...eat 1/4 cup of honey nut cheerios :) they re delicious and don t pack the fat or calories
These foods are called negative calorie food...that means the body uses more calories to burn then the calories it gives...celery is one of them...pls do a google search with the term you might get lucky...
I like the thought of cheese. I love cheese and believe it or not, it is not as bad for you as people think. Unless you have high cholesterol. I also love salsa!! Water is the key, though. No matter what cheat foods you eat, if you drink lots of water afterwards, this helps tremendously. Trust me, I have been there and still do it. Good luck =)

Eat three meals per day. For breakfast something small like a granola bar, then eat lunch but things like a salad, subway, or maybe some yogurt and fruit. Then eat some fruit for a snack when you get home and eat dinner before seven. Make sure you get some exercise it will really help you. Run/powerwalk two miles on the track and you will be fine. Avoid any fried foods, chips, sweets, or any type of soda pop (that includes diet).
120???..you dont wanna be a toothpick now..your 5 5 sooo you have to have a weight to match your height...130..is a lil bit better though..anyways answering your question..eat! if you dont eat..when your finally hungry all that food that you take in will make you fat..sooo eat..and exercise more...and dont check the scale that much.
You need to eat healthy foods. And you should make yourself exercise. Even if it s only walking. You have to burn calories to lose weight.
drink 8 cups of water a daythis will make you less hungry and you won t eat as muchexcersise like twice a week and thats all you need
