Flat belly help????? -

ok i have a belly that i just hate and i wanna have a flat bell and get a six pack 8)other than do crunches, what do i need to do to get a flat belly?i m already on a weight loss program, i lost 30 pounds....

in the morning. because it s been hrs since you ate or drank.how often depends if you are on a diet or not.i was on a diet for 5months and weighed once a wk. in the morning.it still won t be accurate because weight can be off because of water retention or dehydration and other factors. as long as it close,within a lb or two of last reading.since im off a diet and my weight has stabilized i try to wait 2weeks or more to weigh. same reason. i just don t think it necessary to be that concerned unless a person has pigged out for a week .

I am wanting to loss weight before my husband comes back from his deployment. I have been working out almost everyday now for about 2 months and eating healthy and nothing has changed, I have not lost any weight, and haven t dropped any sizes. Many people eat healthy foods , but still in the wrong quantities. I know it s a pain to do, but counting calories really makes it painfully obvious where you re getting those extra calories that you don t need from which are preventing you from losing weight. Write down everything you eat every day. Make sure you measure out portions sizes with a small scale or measuring cups and spoons - most people overestimate by 30% or more, so don t guess. Aim to eat no fewer than 1200 and no more than 1500 calories each day. Also make sure you re getting the correct balance of foods - most people over do the grains (you only need 6 servings a day, and when an average bagel contains 3-4 servings these days it s really easy to see how people over do it. Pasta is another one that fools so many - a serving of pasta is just 1/2 cup. Most people sit down to 1.5-2 cups at dinner). You ll also find that most restaurants are serving enough for a full 2-3 people on every plate these days which is part of the reason as a society we ve forgotten what a proper serving looks like. What I described to you above is what she s been teaching me to do - and I ve now lost just a little over 2lbs a week for just over 4 months now. NO. Please don t take a weight loss pill. Many that are on the market have adverse side effects and can actually in the long run kill you. Plus, when you take weight loss pills the results are not permanent. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise and eat several, small healthy meals a day. (or better yet, eat when your HUNGRY) I put hungry in bold because most of us (including myself) eat when were not hungry. When you exercise its better to start off slow (maybe go for a bike ride? or get on a tredmill and jog for 2 minutes, then walk for 10 at a time.) Now when you say that you have been working out almost everyday and eating healthy for 2 months are you being honest with yourself? However, there are cases where people do everything right and they have great difficulty getting the weight off. Sometimes when you have a hypothyroid you have a very slow metabolism and it is very difficult to get the weight off. Sometimes, you may think you are doing all the right exercises but maybe you aren t doing the correct workout routines that is right for your body. okay i m starting a new healthy eating plan and wanted to know how long it will take me to lose 14lbs. at the moment i m 5 foot 4 and 127.8lbs and i want to get back to my normal weight of 114 lbs. i m eating 1 and a half weetabix with half a banana for breakfast. for lunch i have a small greek salad (about the size of 2 small fists) with 2 rice cakes or a scrambled egg (no milk) with 2 rice cakes or a small bowl of soup and for dinner i have no carbs and a smaller portion of food (about the size of 3 small fists). i m 19 and not hugely active...i take the dog for a long walk every other day (about an hour on the beach) and i try and dance for about an hour a day. if i continue this plan how long roughly will it take me to lose weight? any other weight loss tips would be amaaazing thanks

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost just over 2 1/2 stone its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !with lots of fruit and veg and try experimentimg with all the low fat foods you will be amazed how tasty some of them are goodluck :0)

first of all, good for you for wanting to do this the healthy way. I think a good mantra is : eat when you are hungry. Stop when you are full. follow this w/ healthy foods but don t deny yourself a treat at the end of the day for all your hard work. Also, try to fit some exercise in 3 days a week. Do something you love. Working out w/ a friend, like running, is a great way to tighten a bond. Solo workouts are great for working on inner feelings, too, though.

i think its hard for us teen to get health when we love dirnking fizzy drinks and eating good food ( bad for you)), Best way is not to smoke or anything as in the long rn it will harm you badlya s you know.
