How to lose weight fast, without gaining stretch marks? -

What exercises should i do to lose weight, gain muscle and not have stretch marks?I already have quite a few stretch marks on my pecs, biceps and around my hips, is this normal and will they fade or go away?Thnks !!

The best way is to either gain weight slowly or lose it slowly.If you do it too quickly, you wont give the skin enough time to adjust so you might gain some stretch marks.I m not sure whether you are female or male, and I am not sure whether you are wanting to lose weight from being overweight... or lose fat and build muscle.If you are female, it s quite normal to get stretch marks on your hips. Stretch marks can appear anywhere, arms, hips, thighs, calves, bum, back, boobs etc and either sex gets them... not only females.They do fade with time. If your stretch marks are a pink/red/purply colour then they are either new or are yet to fade. Everyone is different and everyones stretch marks fade at different speeds.
