How can a 14 year old lose weight fast? -

im 5 6 and i NEED to lose weight!im 200lbs and wanna be like around 150?

I m 5 5 and 1/2 and weight about 138 pounds. I m not necessarily fat but I m chubby around the waistline and have a little gut. I also have big thighs :( I need to lose weight as soon as possible, please help me anyone!?

Ive been doing 8 minute abs on youtube. look up fitforthesummer also on youtube and click on the account named that. She has videos favorited i do those all the time and she has some really good tips on her page.swimming, jump roping, hoola hooping, ice skating, running, racing, pogo sticks, scooters, bike riding, bad mitton, volleyball, football, any other sport. Hop scotch, watching Tv and doing sit ups, dancing, dancing, dancing? hahaand umm:--- toning up ----It is possible. i think. if you REALLY try at it. just dont let any extra pounds get in the way.. just try light weights maybe..-- losing weight ---in the morning if you can wake up pretty early, thats when you have the most energy! drink a bottle of water plug in your ipod or whatever and listen to music as you run! -- thats my first step.Then you go home, eat a really healthy breakfast like fruit salad or something thats nutritonal. After that you pretty much clean the house or whatever maybe take a walk while its cool, walk your pet dog, if you have one, i like to spend the morning doing that while its not so hot outside!After that you wait a few hours being active as can be, then you relax a little and do some sit ups and lift weights to your own schedule... and your own statistics like weight height goals.. or whatever.. thats what i usually do! Stay away from starchy and high carb foods - mostly white things. cut out junk food sweets soda energy drinks and juice and exercise 6 days a week works for me

There are lots of answers. Start an extreme workout regimen.Start starving.Start starving and working out to the extreme.Go on some crazy all meat or all veggie diet.Where all of these do work they are only a quick fix and will most likely result in you gaining the Weight back and then some.Start slow but determined.Cut out sweets, cokes, and salt.Start working out for ad least 30 mins a day 5-6 days a week. I suggest the elliptical. It s amazing.And work your way up on both your diet and your exercise. If you start too extreme you wont stick to it and you will continue to battle the bulge. The key is to change your lifestyle.

create a 500 calorie a day deficit either through excercising more, eating less or a combo of the two. it is unsafe, un healthy and unmaintainable to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week....never mind the biggest loser, that s not real life, thos epeople are in a gym 6 hrs a day and having meals prepared for them and closely supervised by a whole medical treatment team. and i still think they lose too much weight too fast
