I Am 15 years old and like I feel that for Prom, I want to look my best! I have roughly a year to sort my self out. I have love handles and a bit of a flabby stomach, flab on my arms. My legs are ok, but i need to sort of my stomach and arms. I can t take no medication because I m only 15. Please Give me a diet plan !=(

How fast are we talking here? I was on the Atkins diet and I lost 30lbs in a matter of months. You have to be strict and serious about it though. Go purchase his book, it s very enlightening and has very good recipes. For the most part you have to stay away from sugar, potatoes and rice. Stick with just meat and green veggies.
