try eating right and try to run a little in your free time and try to exersise when ever you have time. try not to stay on the couch or computer all day and instead try to exercise and try not oto eat alot because it can make u have more weight gamefreak :)

I wouldn t change your diet at all. You have to stay active though, try walking 30 minutes a day (just walk anywhere within walking distance whenever its safe) and eating meals on a schedule (3 times a day) rather than just when you re bored.
