excercise a lot. minimize your eating. and eat nonfat yogurts. also drink nonfat milk.

Good idea to cut out the pop, make sure you drink lots of water. And you really should try to eat a small breakfast every morning, even if its just a breakfast bar(the Special K bars are really good). It s the best way to jump start your metabolism that way it works better during the day. More smaller meals will also help a lot. Fish is also something good you can eat. Keep the workouts going, try to build up the time that you run. You should add lunges and leg lifts(lay on your back and lift your legs together to 90 degrees and back down without touching the ground) Keep it up and good luck!! : )
Your workout schedule comes to only about 10 min per day. That s not long enough. You should be doing something continuously for 20-45 minutes that makes you sweat and breath heavy. If you can t jog that long fast walking will work. Also be sure to drink a lot of water. You need to burn more calories than you take in, but don t cut down to much on the amount of food you re eating. Rapid weight loss from not eating is interpreted by the body as starvation and it will try to keep the weight on. Also the maximum safe rate to lose is about 2-3pounds per week.
