Anybody out there with some weight loss tips or sites i can look up 4 tips or workouts even yoga but 4 free? -

this summer while all of yall in your bikini s and wat not i ll be burning all this crap off. but i need some tips, i also decided to go vegetarian so any sites for vegetarians, weight loss, diets, yoga or watever you might suggest w/o the smart @ss comments would be much appreciated thanx

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Weight loss tips/plans/suggestions/thoughts? -

This is kind of long, so please, bare with me.I am a 21 year old female. I am about 5 foot 3 inches. I weigh 289 pounds. When I graduated high school, I weigh about 180. So needless to say I ve never been SKINNY skinny. But never this big. After I graduated, I didn t think I needed to go to college, so I got a desk job as a data entry operator for 3 and half years. I gained about 100 pounds during that time. I can t stand to look at myself in the mirror. I have virtually no clothes that will fit, and I can t find any cute clothes. I look at myself in disgust. I refuse to be in pics. I have large (DD) breasts, and basically no hips/butt. I have a big stomach. My arms aren t very fat. (I have a little flab on the inner part.) I have muscular calves, and pretty muscular thighs. There is some fat on my inner thighs. My main problem is my stomach. I don t have a job now, so I can t afford to buy all these fancy diet pills and things. I guess what I m looking for is some tips, some encouragement on losing weight. I think I want to lose about 150 pounds... Is that an unrealistic goal?

Hi, Sasha.I don t think your goal is unrealistic. I do think it will take time and effort. If you can t afford programs or equipment, start with walking. If you don t like that or get bored, you can go to the library and check out exercise videos for free. Just take it easy to begin with so you don t hurt yourself and quit altogether. okay, first im 14 and i weigh around 68 kgs, i am 172cm tall. i would like too lose about 5 kilos i wanna be around 60-63 kgs. i wanna lose it mainly on my stomach, i do sit ups and crunches reguarly and i would like too be able too see my abs, you can only see them faintly after i workout. anyone help me ? i dont want nothing hardcore something easy. btw i like my fooood :D

diet + exercise. ok ill start really basic with you. you have to burn what you eat. the energy you mainly get is from sugar, fats and carbohydrates.that means STOP EATING JUNK FOOD and replace it with healthy food. if you can t do this then you will never be healthy.and for exercises, you want to do cardio exercises which involve your heartbeat being fast such as running, swimming, biking and rowing. most of the information you find out on the internet is a lie. there is no easy way to lose weight, but it can be done if you put some effort it.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category. 25 per cent protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. have a protein shake too, if you want. it will fight the fat and give you extra energy to exercise. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Needless to say, NO soda, chips, cookies! Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like. get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday.abs are the most troublesome area to tone. Kickboxing helps a lot. because it is cardio plus it targets ab muscles.

eat egg whites for breakfast (as many as you want) and have whole wheat bread toast. Drink as much water as you can. do NOT drink soda. Go for a long bikeride or do some jumping jacks until your sides hurt. Avoid sugar and salt. salt makes you bloat and retain water in your stomach area.

eat lots of vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Make sure to get enough water too. Water is a good source for losing weight. Avoid overeating, especially out at fast food restaurants. Just eat at right proportion if you go out.

one thing to remember:diets don t work.eat small snacks about 5 times a day. because you are eating small portions, you will force your body to burn through stored fat. thus, you shed the pounds!macie ?
