Well.. your first have to keep in mind that losing weight takes TIME!! There is no really a fast way to lose weight without gaining it back or having serious health risks in the future.. What i recommended is lessen your calorie intake about 100 to 400 a day.. depending on your weight and do physical activity about 10 hours a week.. in about a week you should see some far results..
