Hi a am 12 yrs old and i am looking for a way to lose weight FAST that wont cost money...? -

i dont want any wieght loose programe i want something.....diffrent any ideas?

loosing weight FAST is a bad idea!!!! more over you re cravings will eventually break you down and start you on a binge eating trip. that will only gain all your weight back. you should work on eating a balance of healthy fats, whole grain carbs, veggies/fruits, and lean proteins. try exercising every other day and keeping track of your caloric intake making sure that it DOES NOT go beneath 1200cal a day and probably keeping it under 1400cal a day. you should start to see results in a few weeks and these are the results that set you up for long term success.

Only for a short time..then you will gain it all back when you begin to eat right again. Plus you will feel like crap, which is also what you will be doing a lot of!
