How do i lose weight fast? -

ok well i want to lose some weight for next year before school starts and get in shape for sports. i have like a chunk of fat on my stomach and and on my legs and kind of on my arms. people say that im skinny but i dont think i am and i really want to lose the fat on my stomach. and i wanna know like excersises and stuff but i dont want my parents to ask questions. if you need more details let me know. ?please help thanks?

How can I lose weight fast and make sure it stays off? -

I ll be 16 in October. I m about 5 feet 5 inches and I weigh about 170 pounds. I want to get down to about 145 pounds. How can I do this by October, and make sure the weight stays off? Is there special things I should do everyday? Oh I am also currently playing softball until the end of July, and then it starts up again at the end of August.

To lose weight as fast as possible and do it in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. Just cutting SODA and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast. That along with the other tips I m going to share below and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Well, just by living a healthier life.Make sure your eating foods that obviously have lower calories and sugar but really watch for high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. Also, try to work out daily, like exercise. Do a little jogging or even when your not actually playing softball go play with friends.You may also want to try one of those weight loss programs, if you think they are right for you. (like nutrisystem) or something.Just try to live healthier. Not like you have to start eating carrots ALL the time (but a few is good) just eat wheat bread, and drink 100% juice with no added sugar...NO pop. Hi! just so u know im right there with ya, girl! im twelve and im trying to lose for my first day of seventh grade, so i can get a fresh start. Ive lost about 8 pounds, but i feel better and i don t look as fat. okay. ive been jogging 1 mile and walking 1 mile every day. i do about 70 sit-ups, and i do somthin called hindu sqaut . google that. i also cut down on my sweets. you know, i not counting calories or some crap like that. who has time? well ya. so just do like 30 minutes of somethin that gets your heart goin and u should be fine.

Hey i found an artical on something called a trimball...I am just wanting to loose from about ten to 15 pounds. My grandma said i should try it. I am gonna talk to my doctor about it first but it sounds like it would be nice to try it has something to help you lose up to 20 pounds.....one that helps you lose between 20 and 35 pounds and one that could help you lose between 35 and 50 pounds.My grandmother wants to try it because she was getting lapband because she has been trying to lose weight and nothing was working so the doctor and her agreed the lapband might be good but since we found this new thing she wants to try it.. 145 is still considered overweight based on your height...so you need to loose 35 lbs....you can do it in less than 15 weeks with proper diet and exercise.....reduce 1000 kcal from your daily intake....refrain from drinking sodas and eating empty calorie(junk) foods....be sure you eat protein rich foods....moderate your carbs....but dont starve yourself...you need the energy when you exercise or play softball.....

Im 14 and nearly 15 and ive just lost 2 stone in 6 months; all i did was eat crackers; seriously it works. I also cut back on the junk i was eating, eg, Chocolate bars and sweets. Sit-ups also help tighten yours stomach and help you loose weight.

What worked for me was Weight Watchers and doing Pilates for about 30 mn every day or so. Just eating Weight Watchers will do the trick though even without the excersize.
