I think when wrestlers need to lose weight fast they try to sweat all of the water out of them using saunas and exercise in sweat suits. I guess the safest and most effective way for you could be to try a cleansing program like evercleanse or some kind of colon cleansing pills from a health and vitamin store. Good luck.
