Hi, 158 lbs, and 58 how to lose weight?!!!!! 10 pnts pleasseee!? -

well the number one thing is to work out try to work out 3 times a week for 1 houralso eat healthy and don t eat when your bored or when you are not really hungry it sounds hard but after a while you will be happy with you body and be fit and healthy

You have to decide, do you like being fat and eating poorly, or eating well and being healthy? Exercise and healthy foods are the key to weight loss. well the bigger you are to begin with the faster it will come off at first but really losing weight is not a fast thing at it takes a lot of time so you have to be patient but belive me if you are it will all be worth it it took me a whole year to lose 30 pounds but now that i have i look better and more importantly i feel so much happier about my life im a much better person towards the world its such a great feeling i love my life now so just be patient it is definately worth it to keep working and trying no matter how slowly it happens...and i didnt use pills or freak out with exercise

I think it s best to start counting your calories and stay on a consistent diet for a couple months. Start eliminating the easy things like sweets when you don t need them, soda, fast food (if you eat it). I lost ten pounds fat in 2 months eating nothing else but 2 subs a day (or sandwiches if you prefer), fruit, veggies, nuts (for a snack), and working out (lifting every other day and elliptical for 15 minutes). Make losing weight a commitment for these next couple months. If you make it a lifestyle, you will lose the weight. Things to remember~-Remember to count your calorie intake. I weighed 200 and I m 6 2. An average person eats a 2000 calorie diet and I went to around 1000, maybe a little over.-Make a conscious effort to quit eating when full. Easy to do, first cut out salt, sugar and fats out of your diet, drink only water. Exercise at least once a day, do cardio or aerobics, exercise bike, elliptical, rowing machine, treadmill ect.... You can also do weight training in addition, get some barbells, dont have to be big heavy ones... eat at least 3 meals a day and watch proportion size. Dont eat after 7 pm, then wait an hour and work out at like 8 pm.... or eat at 6 then work out at least and hour later.

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach!
