How to lose weight in 2 weeks? -

Well if you want fast results you can try the master cleanse diet (body detox) which consits of you do not eating any food for a period of 7 days or longer...if not cut back on sugar, greasy, and carbs...

I cut out carbs except for one meal per day. Breakfast is low-fat yogurt with some berries. Banana or Apple at about 11. Lunch is a home-made sandwich with beef/ham and some lettuce tomato and cucumber. Dinner is fruit/veg and protein. Been going to the gym 3 days a week in addition and been losing about 2kg/week. If you join a gym, make an appointment with the instructor and tell them your goals. They are the best help. Good luck.

Hello, i lost 7 in one week so here it goes.Dont eat, bread, corn, flour, sugar no sugar dont drink anything that has sugar no gum with sugar., no fruit, yes no fruit as crazy as it sounds, been, rice, tomatoe, no dressings if u must only 1000 island. Walk for 30 minutes a day drink teas or water no sugar. And stick to this diet for two weeks ull feel better. and see results i did in one week 7 pounds wow ha?....Goodluck but just be more active and youll see more results... oh and dont eat after 7pm

Eat about five small meals a day. Breakfast should be your biggest meal to start the day. Between breakfast and lunch as well as lunch and dinner eat fruits and veggies as a snack or some form of protein shake. Apples are great since it takes more calories for your body to break it down than the apple has. Eat until you are content, not full. Don t use supplements since the majority of them DO NOT work. u could try a weeks detox or try tae bo like i done. I done ten mins of tae bo every other night for a week and lost an inch of my waist in 2 weeks. Plus my blood pressures much healthier now.

i have a big tummy... and i want to make it flat again... what exercises are effective?

Hmm i actually swear by a program called hip hop abs...i love it..i do have a tummy and yea don t like to exercise but I m almost done with week one on Saturday because u only do it six days a week...and i had these jeans i wanted to wear to my school orientation and they were really tight so i started hip hop abs again and when the day came to put the pants on (two days later) they fit and were comfortable and loose in most of my problem areas i.e thighs and hips...but today i went to the mall and i had to pick out a pair a jean..but the only ones they had were a size smaller than the ones i usually wear...so i was like OK ill just try it.... remember its only day five and i tried the pants on and they fit really well they;re even loose in some areas...but there is a diet plan but yea i don t follow it..i just drink lots of water and try to stay under 2000 calories...and once u get going like there was a few days when i wanted to quit but then i just reminded myself of how much better and happier i have been these last few days and yea I m still working out..actually in about an hour I m gonna go do the thirty minute video..but yea i ABSOLUTELY SWEAR by this even if u are over weight.. it doesn t only give u a better figure it makes u feel a lot better in the way u dress and about yourself..*this is a true story*

OK so im 5 3 and 60kg and i want to get down to 55kg. I am already eating a healthy diet and swimming every afternoon for 1 hour. What are some exercises that i can do in my room or while watching TV that will help me burn fat fast

Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross country skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension) (YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. So your body doesnt go into starvation mode, YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF.If you stick with this you will have a great body. also drink a least 8oz of water daily! Losing fat is a matter of a good eating plan, and then a good workout. Fully 70% of your fat loss will come because if teh way you eat. What I have found to be highly succesfull is a 10-15 minute HIT cardio session after weight training. HIT stands for High Intensity Training. Treadmill, bike, run, whatever...but, eating clean comes first. Also, consider the down side of losing weoght too fat as far as lose skin etc.. Good luck.

Okay...I only started two Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 9 pounds. No junk food, Eat when youre hungry.Excercise alot. Drink alot of water.Not fast, but best way.

if its fat you want to loose then excersise.however running down the road wont do u no good .but moving quckly and getting your heart pumping the body uses carbs instead of fat for energy as its faster to use compared to fatwalking will burn fat alot quicker than many other forms of excersise and it gets you to a place you need to go

do it the correct way would b best, cuz itll stay off, but heres wat u should do, go low carb nd high high high cardio 4 a week, then eat only fruit 4 a day, nuthin else, then high protein 4 a day after that, then repeat, but nvr evr stop cardio, high cardio, run like the wind
