ok so today i started my weight loss and so far i have eat en from morning to now in order:1 apple and an orange breakfast BBQ chicken (drumstick and wings) skin off and ive had 3 bottles of water. now could some one tell me if im on the right track and provide me with the estimate ammount of calories ive had and please provide me with any Additional weight loss tips like exercises that wont trigger asthma but yet are effect during weight loss and what to east alot of and none of i know no sweets and sugars but i wanna know if i will gain weight if i eat lots of fruits coz apparently some fruits will make gain weight is you east alot of em im not sure so alot of information would be appretiated

Eat three meals a day, smaller portions, then between breakfast and lunch have a healthy snack or meal replacement shake, and another between lunch and dinner.The idea is to teach your body to get rid of all extra fuel it doesn��t need, which are fats, carbs, and simple sugars for the most part. And once your body begins to understand that you are giving it the fuel it needs when it needs it, then your body will no longer store fat cells as a fuel reserve.It is also a good idea to use a body cleanser, or detoxify before beginning any change in diet. Especially if you are going to begin eating healthier. The process might cause head aches or muscle cramps depending on what your body has become used to. Also diarrhea is a common side effect of most cleansing programs, but don��t worry this is a sign that your body is getting rid of the toxic substances. The cleans will help your body to easily extract the nutrients it needs from the food you intake and bypass the rest as waste.To expedite the process it always helps to concentrate on full body workouts to keep energy storage empty. Also, drink water, water is used to clean your body inside and out. Stay away from caffeine and soda.This will take time. But once you are able to achieve routine with your eating habits it is one of the easiest ways to keep the fat off.So with this, your diet can be very flexible as well. eat turkey meat, don t skip meals, get the fat free butter, eat brown rice, don t put dressings on your salads, use light salt, and stay away from potato chips they are satan. good luck
