I dont know how to lose weight! HELP? -

Please help me, i want to get rid of my fat, bloated disgusting stomach but have NO idea how!!!When i eat little, my stomach doesn t bloat and i feel comfortable and happy, like i have accomplished something good, and am on my way of accomplishing something even better. But from what i ve been told, this plan will backfire by making me fatter =O Which is NOT what i want!!! When i eat healthy and exercise, my fat stomach stays the effing same!! Please, please help! I don t know what to do = (Please don t see me as ignorant, i don t want to offend anyone, i just want a nice toned, slim, healthy body that looks genuinely good! How do i do that?Thanksx

If you burn more calories than you consume you WILL lose weight. Try not to eat processed foods. Eat a lot of fresh foods- raw veggies, fruit etc. Watch how much salt/sodium you intake. This can bloat you. Excersize is a lifelong committment- you have to make it part of your everyday life. Start with one walk a day. Increase to a jog etc. Do something active EVERY SINGLE day. Get that heart rate up and sweat sweat sweat. Also do not eat at least 3 hours before going to bed. So important! Your body does not burn that fat and it goes to your belly. Eat small healthy snacks all day long to boost your metabolism. And cut out any drinks other than water!!! You dont need any wasted calories. No alcohol either. Dont give up. It will take a while to jump start your metabolism. But it will work I promise. Good luck!

the best solution i would say is to eat healthy, but exercise your core!!!it might not be the best results right away but a harder core helps out. If you are to do pilates or sit ups the stomach will work itself down!... no worries if you start now by the time summer comes along the bikini will fit nice and your stomach will be on its way to six pack abs!!

ok if you want to lose weight then you exercise eat healthy with small proportions you need to be focused on that and determined their is no magic pill weight watchers made my cousin really skinny maybe you should do that they teach you about the stuff you can eat

Eat healthy, and about once a month filter your body by taking in nothing but water for a while, at least one day. Don t go over a week though, because then you ll get really unhealthy. The most I ve ever done was one and a half days, and at the end of the week I had lost 2 pounds. it sounds really unhealthy, but it works, because it is just filtering stuff out of your body. And it will keep you from burning carbs that you take in, and burn fat instead, because you won t be taking in any carbs at all. It won t destroy your muscles, or make your bones brittle or anything, It just burns fat. it will help you lose weight, and it won t mess anything else up. ^_^

there is detox diet my girl did and she has a real hard time losing weight and she lost 8lbs in one week just changing her eating. What it is like, you have all this crap in your body right now and it is like changing you oil filter for yourself. No proteins for the first week and the second week you can eat three proteins a day. You can t have any oils, fat, bad carbs, drinking lots of water. Nothing but veggies and fruits. I am not going to right down the list but it your basic list of stuff. Be diligent and as much as you want, don t add anything. Plain is how you have to eat it. Think about it you can be fat the rest of your life be healthy for a couple weeks is all going to help you live. I have lost 90 lbs before and have disagreed with every system she has tried and she has a hard time losing cause she has PCOS, This one is the 1st one that worked in 8 years.

You need to boost your metabolism in order to lose weight quickly. Try to research foods which help do just that and look for regimens to keep it stable.

Start running or jogging at least 5 times a week for an hour. Cut down on greasy foods and sweets. Start eating more wheats and fruits and veggies. DRiNK LOTS OF WATER!! Do 100 crunches or sit ups at night and get lots of rest.

I have a friend who is 245 lbs and has been on a diet. She has been losing weight easily it seems because she doesn t exercise--just eats healthier. I am 145 lbs and considered overweight for my height. I used to be 175 lbs and it seems like it s getting harder to lose more weight that I need to. Is it true that people that are obese (or just heavier) lose weight easier faster?

Yes, if a person needs to lose a lot of weight, it will happen easier and faster in the beginning. But as she gets closer to her goal weight, it will be the same as it is for you. It will get harder to lose. The last pounds are the hardest to lose.

It is harder for a less heavier person to lose weight because when your body starts to get closer to the average weight, it gets more stubborn to lose than that of a heavier person.

yes but that is because they have more to move so there body s have to work harder to do exercise and other activity s, when they get to a normal weight they too will have a hard time losing weight

Best way is a good diet of portioning correctly and exercise. It must be routine. And trust me you don t want to lose it fast. You could end up with sagging skin. You d be amazed at how routine exercising and portioning can shape you up.

working out regularly and watching what you eat. cutting down carb. (fast food and unhealthy foods) and start adding more vegies, fruits. You have got to work really hard to lose weight fast. start running. it is great and the only way you can lose weight fast because it is a full body workout. running is the best. I lost a lot of weight by just running and eating healthy. run for like at least 45 min, three days a week. it works awesome.

It kills your appetite and makes your mouth and throat numb so you don t want to eat because you don t want this numbness to go away. some people instead of eating they would just take couple bumps of coke and they will be good for few hours. This way can cause cardiac arrest and other heart problems and could cause that person to die.

anorexia and bulimia---SCARIEST THING IN THE WORLD I SWEAR!you become so sick you litterally become AFRAID of food, and never want to eat again. it can mentally and physically kill you slowly and painfully. :( scary..isnt it?

anorexia, which slows down the metabolism and can be deadly because without food ur body cant function. Its also a mental disease, and anyways when u start eating food again you ll gain it all back..and then some.
