PLEASE HELP!!!im trying so hard to loose weight and i hear that drinking water really helps you loose weight easier..its just i HATE it...i have tried drinking it but it makes me almost gag!do you have any suggestions on how to start getting used to it to drink it?Thanks.and also if you could give me some weight loss tips on exercises to do i will apprechiate it.and i also have heard that you are suppose to burn more calories than you eat...is that true? cuz i have heard that its unhealthy to do that...but i would think its good to burn more calories each day than what you ate....so please just help and tell me the amount i should burn.
try flavored waters like vitamin water, flavored volvic water, propell or wutever brand they sell in ur area. i got into water by carrying it all around the house with me, so if i was thirsty i wouldn t go 2 the kitchen and pour something unhealthy, instead i d b lazy and just drink from my bottle. try carrying a 1.5 - 2 litre bottle so that u know ur drinking enough. and no sodas (they make ur tummy bloat).after that, i would just say jogging or a few nice excercise tapes.
Put a couple drops of lemon juice in it. Also, start by drinking bottled water and drink it cold. Drink it in little sips. Eventually, the more you drink your body will start to crave it. Your body loves water, the gag stuff is really in your mind. Or you are drinking city water and are sensitive to chlorine.
Start with the number of pounds you want to weigh, multiply by 13 (for females) and you ll have the number of calories to eat each day to eventually weigh your target weight. Don t waste your allotment on sweets, fats and other high calorie foods. And it s times 15 for males. Drink as much water as you re able. Try lemon juice in it.
i couldn t stan dtap water then my mom got a water cooler like five years ago and i like water much better, also it keeps it colder. drink it really fast too dont take your time because then you can taste it. or you can try this drink called fuze. it comes in like 20 different flavors and it is pretty much water but it has stuff that makes you lose weight
I drink something called Clight; im not sure they ll have it where you live, but Its a powder you mix with water and makes it taste like anything you want like lemoande, peach, orange, even pina colada. Its realyl healthy too, no sugar, no calories.. hope i helped.
i dont know but i hated it too until one day i made my self really thirsty so then i drank water and i loved it ever since.you know your supposed to at least drink 6 glasses of wateer a dayim gonna go drink some right now
Yes, try flavored water, or sparkling water. Most liquids do have water in them, so try drinking more milk.
You could plug your nose and drink it. Or try those flavors that will make your water taste like juice.
You can try this one with water. http://tinyurl.com/oeihg365 I lost my weight with this way. I lost 18 pounds in one month. It will work for you too.
You do need to burn more calories than you eat; that s how weight loss happens. You should reduce the amount of calories you eat each day and incorporate exercise into your daily life.Start by trying to eat a grainy cereal and skim milk for breakfast, a salad and lean meat sandwich on brown bread for lunch, and some grilled chicken or fish with vegetables for dinner. Also, try to exercise for 30 minutes every day.As for water, you could try flavouring it with low sugar juice or cordial, and you could also drink tea as this helps to reach the recommended amount of water needed every day.If you visit the website www.calorieking.com.au the amount of calories you need to intake every day will be shown to you.Good luck!
You only need to consume 8-12 cups (~2-3 litres) of water each day. This includes the water we get from eating food (about 20% of our daily water consumption should come from food). So, you should only drink 6-10 cups of water each day. This is actual measured cups, not tall glasses of water. A cup is only a few swallows of water. Don t feel pressured to drink water constantly. The important thing is to limit your consumption of carbonated beverages, artificially colored and flavored beverages (this includes Gatorade and flavored water and vitamin water. These produces are marketed as healthy, but they are actually bad for your dietary health). Here are some ways to acclimate your body to enjoy drinking water.1. Purchase a Brita or Pur water filter for your sink faucet. This will give it a better taste and it is much cheaper and better for the environment than bottled water. Purchase a reusable water bottle and bottle your own water. This will reduce the waste from using many commerically bottled waters. 2. Consider drinking hot herbal teas. These teas contain only natural flavors and colors and are equally as healthy for your body as water. Some teas, such as green tea, have extra value because they contain natural antioxidants. 3. It is okay to only drink straight water with your meals or while exercising. This will make drinking unflavored water more enjoyable since it is either complimented by your meal or your exercise routine.Plan to lose 1-2 pounds per week with a proper diet and exercise plan. Losing more than 2 pounds per week puts an unhealthy strain on your body and is a sign that your body may be losing more than just fat cells. Diet: Eat only foods with a low glycemic index number and eat 3 small meals and 3 small snacks each day. This will encourage your body to stop storing your food as fat and lead to fat loss. Exercise: Do 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times per week. You can also compliment your cardio with weights or strength exercises. There are two options, with weights or without weights. With weights, do 30 minutes of compound exercises (exercises the move two joints together, like bench presses and lunges). Without weights, do 30 minutes of compound exercises (push ups, lunges, etc.). This will help to tone your body while you are losing fat. Only do weight or strength training exercises 2 times per week and allow your muscles to rest at least 48 hours before you do weight or strength training exercises again.
I just shared this method with someone else, but I ll make it short for you. First, about drinking water. If you made it sweet, would you want to drink it? There is a product I use in place of sugar. It s from a plant and has no calories, no carbs, nothing but sweetness from a few drops. I get it at a health store. It s called Stevia. I don t know if Cool Aid has calories but some of that with Stevia should be completely harmless.Regarding calories...I ve done this...Multiply your weight by ten, which basically means just adding a zero to the number of pounds you are.If you weigh 150, then you would need 1500 calories a day to maintain that weight. If you exercise, that would take the amount of calories you burn away and you would lose weight. WALKING IS THE BEST WAY TO LOSE, OVERALL. Or if you ate way less than 1500, like I added up to 1200 calories a day (on Slimfast) and I lost weight-- 12 lbs, just driving across country in a car. (very little exercise) If you wanted to GAIN weight, you would eat MORE than ten times your weight in calories WITH LESS EXERCISE..Oh, and on your way to losing weight, always start your day with a good protein breakfast, like eggs or whatever protein you like. Make that your major calore allotment and you won t need or crave so much more throughout the day.Good luck.
