I need to lose weight fast? -

Im 15, 5 ft. 7 inches and weigh about 160! What is something that I can do to lose weight fast? Certain foods to clean out my colon or workouts I mean I need to lose weight in three days or shorter any tips?

3 days?So if you expect to lose weight from cleaning your colons, im betting your not gunna lose fat...are you a fighter or wrestler and need to make a weightclass?Im a wrestler and i lost 17 pounds in 3 days before a weigh in, and was able to put it all back on for my fight so i outweighed other. and im 15, 5 9 and weight like 145, i got down below 130Heres what i did:For your 3rd and 2nd day (today and tomorrow) dont eat ANY sodium, well a little is ok but stick to fruits and stuff and try to stay under 300mg of it in the day, around2000 mg is eaten on a regular dayAlso for the 3rd and 2nd day before try and drink like 7 litres of water(this gets your body peeing way more, so on the day before when your not drinking any water your body will still be trying to pee out everything)So basically 3rd and 2nd day before, stick to low calories but still eat, low sodium, and tons of waterThe day before is where all the weight is lostDon t eat anything all day, maybe 1 egg in the morning and 1 later on in the day(light foods that keep you full and get out your body fast)Also try and drink no water, if you drink water have like a shot of it but stay below 500 ml for the day forsure (you should be having 7000ml now)Exercises are where you lose a lot of sweat so your body water percentage goes down, put on sweat pantssweatshit, hat and go running for aroung 30 mins and do that up to 5 times in one dayIf you have a sauna of hottub go in them, or even a showerWhen you go to bed dress in sweatpants and layers to sweat more even while you sleepTip: With all the running and exercise you should do the day before your going to lose a lot of electolytes, so i would recomend NO WATER, but buy a bottle of gatorade and try and drink nothing but the 1 bottle of gatorade that day. youll be more energized, thats what i didI wouldnt recomend doing this often but its great to lose weight for a specific dayAny more questions emails me of something

if you re drinking soda, stop. water is much better and drink lots of it. stick to more fruits and vegetables to help cleanse your body, those foods contain more water and more nutrition. workout? i suggest cardio.

Quick fix diets will make you lose weight quick, but it s not good for long term weight loss. All you re doing with qiuck fix diets are losing water weight, but once you change your diet; you gain the weight right away in at least a few days. You have to choose a diet that boose or speeds your metabolism. Try eating at least 6 meals a day every 2 or 3 hours religiously. I m a dude so I try to incorporate protein with each meal for muscle. But since you re a female 1 or 2 of the meals can be a just a serving of fruit or vegetable. Ex: apple or sweet potatoe. Also drink lots of water...at least half your body weight in ounces each day. So if you weigh 120lbs, drink at least 60 ounces of water a day; which is the same as 7 1/2 cups of water. 1 cup = 8oz. Try to do this religiously and the weight will fall. I know you don t want to exercise but you live in Cali, so try walking or riding your bike at beach for fun exercise. If you have a job that requires alot of walking or lifting, that can also be your exercise. I hope I helped you out. Take care...Peace!

Take laxatives, drinks lots of water and eat lots of uncooked vegetables with fiber, like carrots, celery, etc.No soda, cake, candy. Eat breakfast and a very light dinner.No late night snacks.

tke some leaves of spinach bil it in one glass of water and drink water before sleeping every night. Do it for 30 days.

don t eat anything. You have to exercisre in order to burn calories. So just burn more calories than you eat! Dont be stupid and starve yourself

Unless you have some medical or physical impediment, you are simply rolling the dice on your mortality by not getting any exercise. Good luck. And as for losing weight fast without exercise . . . may I suggest an amputation?

Exersise and eating healthy is the best way to loose weight!Just try to walk everywhere that is not too far.
