You just have to have a computer and you can do it in the privacy in your own home.When I am doing it, I sweat until I drop. My shirt is literally soaked in just 45 minutes. I used to go to gyms and swimming but I never saw results fast enough. Be patient and add Tae-Bo (Aerobic) and (Abs) total of 45 minutes a day for 4 times a week and you will notice a difference for sure!For my diet, I am eating a lot of veg/fruits/nuts and protein - chicken/eggs/fish. you need cardio and muscles to burn more fat so try walking in your neighborhood or at a park. If you can t then try to get a dvd for cardio. anything that lasts for about 30 - 45 mins. If you mix this w/ free weights then you should lose weight, if you eat healthy of course.

If you work out like push ups and curlers theres a change muscle will just form under the fat. Eat better, swim, I dont think running in place will do much. Get out of your house. Run outside, and if it embaresses you do it at night.

try to eat stuff you like with vegetables.(ex.chocolate w/ salad)try exercising in small gradual steps.(ex.5 jumping jacks. after 6 jumping jacks next day)

Well first of all you should eat healthy and drink mostly water if your thirsty because most drinks including fruit drinks contains alot of calories. Also when you think you are hungry drink some water because water can put your hunger off for a while. You should eat fruit but not too much because fruits you buy frm stores contain alot of sugar and thats why fruits taste sweeter than natural fruit like if you pick an apple from the actual tree. And excercise like take a walk or go for a run. It doesnt matter how much you eat its what you eat that matters.

Try and get some weight off before you get into the plan. If you weigh 250 tells me that you might be eating close to 3000 cal. a day. Cut it to 2500 or less over a one month period.........then down to 2000....2000 should take you down to 200 lbs in time. Just drink lots of water before meals, during meals and after meals. Try and do your running thing while you young, because packing that much weight and running is not good for you at all. Get it off and keep it off. Once you get down then start a good workout plan.
