How can i lose weight fast and look good? -

im yonge but my bfs gone away from two weeks and when he come back i wanna surprise him. by loseing a bit of weight but i need a lil bit of help like what things i can eat and use to help me lose weight fast i do lots of exercise but i just need a lil bit more help.

Ok so I have a problem with wieght issues I m 5 3 , and wiegh about 147, but the only place I m a little bigger is in my stomach area. What Is a really fast and good way to lose the wieght..? Help please I really want to wear tight shirts, and not have to wear a sweater all the time! ;)

losing weight takes time. you can t lose it fast. it takes months.. it s not just going to happen over night.try eating more fruit and veg and cut right back on the junk foodand exercise regularly!!

if you have a tredmill go on it everyday for half an hour or go to the gym or everyday just go outside take a walk through your neighborhood get some fresh air and eat lots and lots of protein that will defintly help you and dont cheat dont eat junk food and by a month you might be abled to lose 5 - 10 pounds good luck!

well i have a friend that asked her mom to get the nutrition weight loss food program thingy.but it depends on where you want to lose the weight that is what she said.but their is this tradition it is if you eat 10 apples(no other food) and at lest have 2 hours before you go to bed you might lose a lot of weight. i did it and i lost 10 pounds (NOT kinding really)

i dont know where you live but considering the cold weather is coming, i dont know why you would consider wearing tight shirts now lol....run a couple of miles 4-6 times a week, cardiovascular workouts help alot with your stomach as well as having a good diet....drink alot of water, dont over eat, eat until your not hungry anymore, dont eat until your puking lol and watch the calorie intake....im not a trainor or anything and i wouldnt really say my idea is like great and healthy, but it should work
