Drink alot of water with added lemon in it the kind you buy in the plastic container and grapefruit juice.One thing people don t realize is water gain is a huge part of there problem and walk alot cut down on food and eat strawberries,blueberries, all kinds veggies and fruits i lost that way. Increase your water intake by 16oz a day, cut back on carbs(don t take them out completly) and lower your food portions. Crash diets are dangerous, and there s really no safe way of doing it. but if your going to, then do it. lifting weights won t make you loose weight as muscle weighs more than fat, but upping your walking or running can help too.
well I like to run in a sauna suit. it will help you drop alot of water weight, but this is not something you want to use everyday if you like to run. I use it 3 times a week if I run 6 days a weekin 25mins of running I can loose 5lbs
