Any ideas on how to lose weight this summer?????PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? -
Stay off the soda drink water, juices, milk and you get the idea. Don t starve yourself that s never good idea. Dont skip meals because you will just eat more later (like trying to make up for the meal you missed). Don t over eat try to listen to your body if you feel a little fool stop if your hugry don t ignore it. Substitue healthy snacks fruit (there is so many out there) and you ll find other great easy snacks. Also, dont over do it on the bad deserts or fast food. make sure to stay active play some basketball, soccer, jump rope, and you skate board that s good. carry water with you and don t exhaust yourself. dont try any crazy diets I was dumb to try one and took a diet pill when i was under 18 big mistake I felt like faiting ( I never took one again, it s not worth it). I learned from that and took a systematic class in high school and started doing stuff the right way:-)
Limit your sweets (Only 1 per day)-No pop, try to drink only water.-Stick to the 4 food groups-Replace all white bread with wheat.-Try not to snack; but if you are hungy before dinner, (or whatever) eat fruits and vegetables.-Brush your teeth after meals; this tends to reduce hunger.-eat smaller servings-watch how much oil butter you put into your body. And be sure to exercise as much as you can!Try to do about 50 crunches before bed to tone up! Good luck! :)

How to lose weight fast? -
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
Many experts say you should not lose many pounds quickly, in fact, this could be very dangerous. The best way to lose weight is slowly and safely, following a balanced diet and a healthy meal plan. You may think that eating fewer times a day will help you lose weight, which is why many people make only one meal a day in hopes of losing all those extra pounds. However, the result is the opposite because when a person eats only once a day, the body thinks that you want to kill it giving it very little food, so that your body triggers a defense mechanism accumulating fat in order to stay alive longer. So eating fewer times per day is not the solution. In fact, what you need to do is schedule small meals several times a day; a good number is around 5. This will keep you happy all the time and your body is constantly receiving nutrients. If you follow these tips may be able to see good results soon.
Hi (:Aww that sounds really sweet of you but you have to be sure and you have to know that your going to like this new weight and that your going to be able to cope so i d get your bmi checked out from a doctor because the odds are your probably don t even need to lose weight! (:well i d say for your tummy and other parts of your body do some push ups there really good and some sit ups,if you have a few weights do them on each arm and also a good jog or even sticking on your favorite cd and dancing to it which can burn calories and can be fun.it will take time but maybe if you distract him. Just eat healthy and have a good breakfast to start a good day because it s the little steps that make the big difference!-Set yourself Realistic goals.-Eat breakfast-Exercise can be fun such as jumping on a trampoline or even going swimming.-Dancing to a favorite song for 30 minutes well loads of your favs.-Have a treat now and again such as weekends!-Who is it for?-Do i really need to lose weight?-Am i already happy?-Does anyone even say anything about my weight?good luck xx xx
Well, I am working on the same thing at the moment. I have a pretty good stomach, I am just working on my butt, LOL. anyway, you can do this in a reasonable amount of time. Try just regular crunches. There are many different types of crunches you can do, rather than just the regular old up and down crunches. This video is one of my favorites that will be the most effective I think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwqO5Fkq7Now for the other ones, I was not able to find a video to show you, so I will do my best to explain.First, get in the regular crunch position. Now, what you are going to do is make a circle with your shoulders, basically. So first you are going to make sure that your neck is about 3 inches off of the ground. You are just going to sort of move your upper body in a circle. Now this is the rhythm you will use: Left, center, right, center, left, center, right, center...... Continued. Just think about keeping your head off the ground and moving your chest in a semi circle on the floor.I hope this helped you and good luck!
Sorry to give you bad news, but you can t really lose very much weight in 3-4 days. Try to lose any extra pounds you have over time. 1-2 pounds per week is about right. If you lose weight too fast, you will not only lose fat, but muscle as well, and that would not be healthy. Good luck.
3 - 4 days your cutting it a bit fine. u should have started 2 weeks ago. all i can suggest is to do a juice diet for the next 3 days and work out everyday for over an hour. do tummy toning exercise for 40 mins a day too. good luck
1.) Drinking White (Green) Tea helps.2.) Also Mona Vie I bought some for my cousin he lost weight.https://www.mymonavie.com/Paisnal/3.) AVOID MILK, DAIRY!4.) Do Treadmill.
maybe u should excersise and eat healthier stuff.i thimk that will help
Hi Emma,To lose weight as fast as possible, and even in a healthy way, which is what I think you re asking, you should cut out SODA and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY and drink only water and sparingly drink a glass or 2 of 100% PURE fruit juice. That will honestly lose you pounds in just the 3-4 days before your boyfriend comes back. That along with the other tips I m going to share below and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did and I m at my goal weight now. Please check out my blog, I think you will enjoy the information and my weight loss story. The link is below and best of luck hon.
How to lose weight in school? -
To lose a few pounds permanently in two weeks is pretty hard. Oh, I could suggest that you eat nothing apart from lettuce and carrots or something, but if you DID do that successfully, what about AFTER two weeks? Sure, you would have lost a few pounds, but afterwards when you go back to a normal daily routine it ll all pile back on again. Trust me, fad diets like that definitely won t work in the long run. If you want to lose weight, be healthy. A small healthy breakfast - maybe fruit and an orange juice? In school, join a sports club. Or just be more active during lunchtimes and breaktimes. Don t skip lunch either, even if it means just having a sandwich, that s fine. I ve heard from a lot of dieters that a good way to eat is little and often as it keeps you constantly full, or content at least. Drink a lot of water througtout the day, it makes you more full as most of the time when you re hungry, sometimes you re really just thirsty.Good luck. :)
Consuming the correct food is important for your wellbeing. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it is not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss product, it is a superfood too. There is a risk free trial on offer at http://koping.mygooddiet.info I ve been taking it for two weeks now and it s definately working!!
Skipping/having a small breakfast won t make you any slimmer, it has been proven. Eat breakfast as normal.Lunch is good if it s like a sandwich or a quick bite. For dinner have a sandwich and a piece of fruit.Join PE clubs.Dunno about yours, but my school had their gym open every break and dinner time.
i always have a huge breakfast, but dont pig out tho. that way in the afternoon i have a snack, like an apple or something. and then by the time i m done with school at around 5, i just have a salad.
When you re eating out with friends or family, dress up in your most flattering outfit. You ll get loads of compliments, says Susie Galvez, author of Weight Loss Wisdom, which will be a great reminder to watch what you eat.
tiny breakfast and skipping lunch is the worst idea - you need a big breakfast and a healthy lunch, small snacks that are low in calories during the day are actually better for losing weight than starving all day until dinner
Believe it or not, if there s one thing I missed about school is the gym. I had it everyday and every single day from Freshman year to Senior year in High School, I always worked out. That was a plan and aplan i recommend for young students who are entering High school for the first time. Whether is your lil bro or sis, I highly recommend it because that s the only way you can have a nice, full workout. Gyms in years later have to be planned and scheduled and there s no other way to maximize your efforst and exercise in Gym at school.I ll be honest with you, I never had breakfast, never ate in school but always ate dinner after school. And I was still fit in high school, I was a gangsta g! I kept myself in good shape because I dedicated myself to working out. Don t me wrong, I m not saying don t have breakfast or any type of food, but what I am saying is make sure you do in fact workout, keep that in mind. But is good to workout and eat breakfast at school. You maintain a good balance and healthy eating habit, you won t be habitual in selecting what you wanna eat or not, really does take commitment. But if you follow your routine, then you should be fine. Always eat fruit and see if you like vegetables. Don t me wrong, I hate vegetables but I put it on my sandwiches to make a gangstalicious sandwich, is really healthy. But as long you eat protein, you will be fine. I admit, I eat a lot of protein throughout my lifetime, especially since High School. And since I ve always loved milk since I was a shorty, that helped me in the long run. People don t like milk and is understandable, but I was fortunate to drink milk like if I m taking shots. You should be fine though overall, trust me. And who knows, if you are a gangsta g, you ll be working out with the football and basketball team, or soccer team or baseball team. Is good reinforcement for an individual.

Your diet is not as important as your exercise. But... try to wake up early and have a large breakfast. This will raise your metabolizism.(he he im a bad speller). Next, go for a jog or walk, whatever your pace is. Take a shower and go to work. Have a small lunch around 11 if you can. Then as soon as get home, hopefully around 4-5 have a mediumdinner and makesure you have nothing but water for the rest of the night. Tip... water supresses your appetite. Then around 7 take a jog or walk shower and go to bed around 10 so you can wake up early.
There is about 15 websites that will make you a personal diet menu. Weight Watchers , Self.com just to name a couple. Having lost alot of weight on weight watchers, has made me realize that eating healthy should be a life style, and not a temporary fix until your weight comes off. Dont deprive yourself of your favorite foods , have them in moderation. If you know nothing is completely off limits you wont need to binge.
You may want to check out the library link at www.hufa.org for more info on diets that control blood sugar which is how you control insulin production which is how to lose weight and keep it off.
Check into weight watchers, I m doing it and it works. Good Luck
Eat a nutrigrain bar for breakfast, and water.Eat a small grilled chicken salad for lunch with fat free italian dressing. eat a grilled chicken breast or fish with fresh or frozen veggies like cabbage, spinach or zucchini.drink water when you get hungry and don t eat after 7 pm and you will lose 1 to 2 lbs a day. I promise this will work
Take your current weight times 14 (if you don t get much exercise, and x 17 if you do get some exercise), say, like 150 x 14. This number equals the average amount of calories you consume every day to maintain that weight (about 2100 calories a day). Next, let s say you want to lose 40 pounds. Aim small, miss small, so instead of trying to lose all 40 pounds, go for 20. This is not insurmountable, where 40 seems like a very lofty goal (been there, done that). Next times your goal weight x the number above (say, 130 x 14), and this new number is the number of calories that you will need to consume in order to maintain THAT weight. In other words, 2100 calories (150 pounds) - 1820 calories (130 pounds) is only a drop of 280 calories out of your every day regular diet. Start with a small breakfast every morning with a high fiber, good for you breakfast cereal, even if you re not hungry. Eating breakfast will kickstart your metabolism and help your body burn fat. When you re wanting a snack around 10.30 or 11.00, before lunch, eat some fruit, some yogurt, some popcorn, you know, something that has a very low or nonexistent fat content and has a naturally low calorie content. At lunch, order a side salad with your meal and it it first. This will help you be full before your burger or sandwich or whatever, and go for fat free dressing. Or have an open faced sandwich with one slice of bread instead of two -- that s a 70-calorie cut right there. It s fairly easy to cut calories without starving to death, and when you know you have to cut out only 280 calories or so, it is a lot easier to manage. It s the little changes that make the biggest difference. Of course, drink lots of water throughout the day, or crystal light, or something like that, because the liquid on your stomach will also make you feel full. Good luck!
Drink a lot of water, no soft drinks, no salt, no sugar.Eat any vegetable as much as you want.Eat everything else in moderation. And exercise every day.
