Does anyone know of a way to lose weight fast? -

get plenty of exercise and eat really healthily!!

It all depends on how much weight you want to lose. If you are in fairly good shape and want to lose that extra 5 for an event, no sugar, no carbs, little salt, lotsa water and hit the gym. If you have lots of weight to lose, it won t happen fast no matter what you do. You have to find a nutritionally sound diet and a reasonable exercise regime.

Cabbage soup diet.

The recommend speed to lose proper weight is 1 - 2 pounds per week.

balanced diet and exercise.Starving yourself is the SLOWEST way to lose weight as your body goes into starvation mode.

Yeah, same as everyoe else. Eat fruits and vegetables. Avoid fast food. Excersice.

I d go with natural first.Here are some good ideas:1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn��t be eating.4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)5. Stop smoking, drinking beer wine, and drinking coffee.6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.7. eat less and exercise is the best way... thats as natural as it can be... I went to Thailand the past summer to train for kickboxing for 2 months and lost 30 lbs... intense workout will decrease your appetite and burn off the fat... if you want to make a change... you will need to really be determined about it... all the short cuts are ppl trying to make money off of you... there really isnt any short cuts...
