Okay i want to lose weight off my stomach, but i don t want to go on a major diet. I want to do exercise and cut down on junk food.What type of exercises to do and food to cut down on?

This is a tricky question cause I m not sure what you are asking.If you are asking that if there is a exercise you can do that will burn fat off your stomach then you should be aware that spot reduction is a myth. Ask any doctor or health trainer and they will tell you.Like mentioned above aerobic exercises or some form of cardio is you best exercise for this goal(not muscles building but weight lost). If you want you can look into some HIT and maybe achieve faster results. Good nutrition is also a must.
