I think the first answer is about right if you reduce your calories and up your exercise you are bound to start losing. I also think it is important not to be too hard on yourself don t punish yourself for having a bad day just make an effort to make the next one a really good one because sometimes a little bit of what you fancy might be all you need to kick start your metabolism again. Cutting bread out and eating food with high water content often works too, o and having a buddy to join you is even better, but so true as already said if it comes off toooo fast it can sometimes go back on even faster. It sometimes helps to go and brush your teeth, go for a walk, grab a large glass of cold water or even just give a friend a ring when you feel those food cravings starting to raise their ugly heads. Sometimes it is important to be willing to make life changes that will stay with you such as cooking styles, portion sizes and healthier options in order to keep it off too. I am eight and a half month pregnant and will be taking on some of my own and other peoples advice on getting back into shape as soon as the baby is born, good luck I will soon be joining you

I ve lost 60 pounds so far this year so you should be able to acheive your goal. However, radically changing your eating habits and lifestyle rarely works for anyone. Instead, you should make incremental changes in the foods you eat and make better choices. Continue to eat healthier versions of the foods you love and even some of the not so healthy ones but do it as a treat for yourself. I still have pizza fridays often but pick versions that have leaner meats and more vegetables on them. Creating a meal plan is definately the way to go but make sure it works with your life. Why do skinny people always ask questions on how to lose weight? -
I seriously doubt they do it to poke fun at overwieght people...it is more that they want to improve themselves. We ll never be perfectly satisfied with our bodies...there is always something we want to change. For some people they want to lose the 10 extra pounds that set them apart from what they see in magazines.
I doubt they are saying they want to be skinny for attention or to make fun of those who have a weight problem. Everyone has issues with their bodies, and if overweight people complain about their appearance, then skinny people are not allowed? It makes no difference when there are people who are skinny and who actually want to put on weight (like myself), and people saying they want to lose weight who look perfectly fine. Then would the overweight people think they are poking fun at them for being skinny? If you know what i mean...Everyone is different. And i think absolutely everyone has some concerns with the way they look. Its the same principle with skinny people wanting to lose a few pounds to a larger person wanting to lose a few pounds. Of course weight lifting helps! Do push ups, sit ups, go for jogs, swim laps at the fool, bench press, do biceps. All of these will get you tone and in shape. I myself have a 6 pack and working on eating more to make my biceps look huge, they are big, but I want HUGE.
stop eating fatty foods, plan out ur work out, one week do arms, next chest, next legs. the more u work out a part of ur body the more u will get muscle and lose fat. and last drink a lot of water. i m aiming for the same goal as u nd i f gotten some results hope it helps
