Does anybody know how to lose weight fast? -

i want to lose weight but nothing seems to work my friend and i have been on a diet for three months and we have not lost any weight yet

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

have you tried slim fast or ultra slim fast?

excercise and eat nice food. get a skipping rope. i find skipping fun and you can actually tell when you are geting fitter. eg. set yourself so many skips and stop when you get tired. then the next time, try to beat that amount.

your body is on a 2-3 month yo-yo. it usually takes 2-3 months on a diet before effects become permanent because your body is still adjusting. keep up the healthy diet and you will start to notice results VERY soon! Good luck!

I started running my tread mill yesterday for 1hour 15 min. Today 1hour. any advice how to lose weight faster? -

Well I got a treadmill yesterday so I started working out and I want to lose weight. I worked out 1hour and 15 minutes yesterday and today for 1 hour. Can someone tell me what I should do to lose weight and how much can I lose in a week if I keep this up?

add weight training into your exercisesdo things like push ups or situps if you dont have actual weights

the best thing is to NOT stay consistint in your exercise...dont get me wrong keep exercising but...switch it up a bit Becasue your body will start to get used to the regualr routine you do..but not much but enough to make a difference.. and mkake sure you get a lot of protein becasue muscle burns fat a lot quicker then just trying to sweat it out

Start doing cardio and strength training but the main thing is to cut down on food and watch what you eat and drink a lot of water

I went to Weight Watchers honestly. I lost 4 pounds in my 1st week, then, I steadily lost 2 pounds per week. I went from 130-118 in about a month - a month and a half. Instead of eating like chocolate and bad stuff, I ate rice cakes, which are surprisingly good, and these delicious whole wheat pretzels. I had healthy lunches with one snack, usually a 1-point Weight Watchers cake, and i walked, or jogged about 3 miles a week, which is about a half mile a day.
