How to lose weight for prom in 2 weeks? -

i dont want to lose a huge amount of weight, just like a little bit off my waist and just so i make sure i fit into my dress. any quick ways?

WARNING!!!!!!! Whatever you do, don t listen to the suggestions of not eating for 5 days or other unhealthy diets. Like that all liquid diet of water, lemon, maple syrup CRAP!!! That is completley horrible for your body and can cause serious problems. Just so you know, When ever you don t eat for a few days, yes you will lose weight but when you start eating again you will balloon in size and gain back all the weight you lost and lots more. Never starve yourself. That is Bull Crap and I can t believe people suggested that. I m sorry but the only way to lose weight is Diet and Exercise. Losing weight takes time. Unfortunately I don t think there is much you can do in 2 weeks. But I suggest running on a treadmill or elyptical in a gym, running outside or jump rope for minimum of 30 minutes every day for the next 2 weeks. drink as much water as you can every day. Absolutley no soda or sport/energy drinks. Eat as many fruits and vegetables you can each day. Do not eat at least 2 hours before bedtime. If you do that much or more you may get some results and you ll have more energy for the prom!If you starve yourself for 5 days before the prom how much energy do you think you ll have on prom night? Serioulsy. You ll feel like death all night and will regret not eating. That is never a good idea. GOOD LUCK!!

Hey, well just to let you know you are not the only one that is trying to lose weight before prom night...! because I m trying to do the same, but my advise to you is to don t eat big portions of food . . . and every time that you are going to eat, lets say It s lunch time drink a glass or two of water before you start eating that way you could get full faster and at the same time you don t eat as much as before. an your stomach will get used to eating little bit amount of food . . . an let me tell you it does work .. but don t forget to drink a glass of water after you are done eating because water helps lose weight. . !!!! And maybe go out and round a lap or so it will make you feel great about your self and even and look great .... that will be wounderful

There isnt anything thats quick unless you feel like fasting or amputating an arm. Best and most effective way is to eat small healthy meals throughout the day like 4-5 and none should be more than 400 cal. Next drink lots and lots of water. If you could only drink water that would help. Also cardio is key. 3-5 45 minutes cardio sessions a week. Do this and you will see some minor results before prom. Good luck to you!

It sounds like your on the right track to lose 6 pounds. It shouldn t take very long. But you have to remember that throughout the day people s weights fluctuate a lot. I could weight 120 in the morning and then 127 at night. I wouldn t focus at all on the amount you weight, especially since your probably already at your ideal weight. Just keep running and spinning and you ll feel great. You could up the intensity of your workouts also.

I ll tell you how I lost 13 pounds in 2 short weeks. Seriously, and I didn t do any fancy weight watching program or even exercise at all. I believe that eating six small meals a day are the way to losing weight. Also drink plenty of water and exercise. Walking is excellent as well as doing strengthening exercises. The more vegetables and fruits you eat the better. They are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals and real food. Good luck!

How to lose weight and look cool? -

Im 13 and i weigh 179 and i really wanna lose wight so plz give me some tips, also wat do i wear to look cool. THX

Lose it slowly for now. At your age, most kids will think your gay if you want to lose weight. But, once your in high school, go crazy. Your metabolism will spike at that point in your life, making it easy. At around that age, people won t care if you lose weight. In fact, they ll probably compliment you. At that age, many people s bodies change. I went from obese to slim during my first two years of high school. No one really cared. I ve seen people go from chubby to riped during their first couple years of high school.

What I always did to lose weight for wrestling was run for about 40 minutes in the morning and then do another hard workout after school. This get your metabolism working faster than it normally would. Also, cut back on soda if you drink that, and kinds of empty calories like fast food or candy or chips all that junk just eat it sparingly. Eat healthy food like apples bananas, green veggies like spinach, and get some lean protein too. You don t need to do all of this religiously to lose some weight, but if you workout hard enough consistently the weight will come off. There was a kid who came out for wrestling and weight 320 pounds at the start of the season. By the end he was down to 285, so it really just takes hard work. As for what you should wear to look cool, sports jerseys every once in a while, some TapouT shirts, maybe some preppy clothes like Abercrombie every once in a while it s not that big of a deal what kind of clothes you wear though just wear what you think looks good and it ll be fine! get in to a sport you would be interested in, i suggest powerlifting, i tried it when i was 12 and it will be my sport for life. there is another way that works fast to lose weight, heavy cardio work outs, if ya want to get crazy with it start limiting how much you eat and drink a day, you can cut lots of water weight by doing cardio, and spit alot too, hard candies like jolly ranchers help alot, i spit a pound off in a day, 12 lbs total that week i cut from water weight

well, one thing you could try, is to just eat less of what you DO eat, instead of eating different things. How to lose weight without walking too much or running? -

I am gaining weight by not doing much.I have had 3 surgeries on my knees.I have a degenerative bone disease and I cannot walk alot or run because its painful and will make it worse.I dont want to sit around and gain weight. I used to be very active.Just diesting is not doing much.Does anyone have any ideas on how to work out and lose weight without running or walking? Maybe a diet? HELP!

Get an indoor bike, if you ride casual, you will not put to much pressure on your knees - if you can! Diet should be protein based with vegetables. Get some dumbbells so you can do upper body training, shoulder press, arm curls, chest, back, triceps. You could do leg raises, squats using dumbbells in each hand (if you can), sit-ups for stomach.

i used to be fat when i was 12 im sixteen now and im ripped this may sound unbelievable but i used a certain diet for breakfast i ate steamed brocili a can of tuna fish and two banannas then for lunch i ate a hamburger with a slice up orange and about four thick slices of cucumber and for dinner i ate a steak with steamed rice and brocili after that i lost enough weight to exercise start of slow 30 minutes a day the easiest way to make your exercise time go by faster is watch your favorite tv show and when its over so is your exercise time start off walking on a tread mill hope this answer helps

you can loos weight with just diet as im doing it now ive got 7 stone to loos so it can be done ...i have a home made fruit smoothie just throw any fruit into a blender the drink for breakfast ..for dinner i have a chicken breast with jacket spud..then my fruit smoothie ..tea i have bowl home mad veg soup same thing throw all veg and boil then freeze its dropping of me and i dont leave the house to walk and it works

obiously you are what you eat! i would recommend, real healthy food, salads, fruit, vegies etc, yu already know, but yu can do sit ups, also work yur legs while lyin down! go sidewayz and go up and down with one then switch. and if yu wanna work yur ***, that im pretty sure yu do! lol..go on yur belly and put some weight on yur feet and bend yur knees backwards! im sure that wood help

Limit your calories more and more till you effect a weight loss of one to two pounds per week. Check into buying one of them bikes that you can pedal with your hands. I ve seen crippled dudes driving them down the street. They look like alot of fun and the dudes had huge arm muscles.

Maybe you can try diet pills. I m using one and it s help me very much. Some people say that diet pills are dangerous but this one is not because it s made of natural ingredient. Just try it i recommend

definately a diet. but nothing too hard core. lifting light weights will even help you out. the suzanne sommers diet really helped. you can eat good foods but you just have to watch what foods you put together.

Just eat less as you can. Try to eat healthy and zero foods like carrot, cabbage, apple or something. Please avoid junk and fatty foods.Control your nutrition intake.

cut your calories down to 1500 or less and don t run but there is exercise you can do ~try to get a physical therapist to help you

Hiyes swimming is great exercise and there is no strain on your joints as the water supports your weight.

eat a lot of bananas if you really need to lose weight.. but looks like you need calcium more..... i guess sauna/steam room can make u sweat. what about swimming? i swear banana diet works
