How to lose weight fast!!!? -

first off let me start off by saying if you have nothing nice to say, dont say ANYTHING!!! ok, now i heard that starving actually works for losing weight... i saw a lady on youtube who went a month with out food and lost alot of weight.but im not going to starve myself. i would like to go on a juice only diet... still healthy. my cousin tried it before and she went from 190lbs. to 166lbs. in a week... how is this possible???has anyone tried it?? does it really work??? and is it worth it???

Well i think that would be the best choice. If you want to lose weight fast or a lot. Just follow these steps.1. run everyday for about 30min a day.2. do about 50 sit ups every night or do as much as you can.3. and if you wanna gain some more muscle you should do some push ups as well. 4. this is really important whenever you are done eating make sure to eat things like meat or fish and even a banana. do not eat any cabs before you go to bed it gives you a little more weight. And just look at me i am in really good shape.

well fasting will work... obviously because you re starving yourself. but as soon as you start eating again you will gain the weight back and then some.. (happened to me) and was the lady you saw on youtube sushicatny? i saw her and she lost a lot of weight but now she s wayyy heavier than she was when she started the fast and now she has to follow a diet and exercise plan to lose weight. I think thats the best thing to do. eat a little less workout 20 minutes a day and don t eat past 5 or 6pm. pounds will drop fast!

I doubt that is possible but not only is this not healthy as soon as you start eating normally again you will gain the weight back and since you took things away from your body when you eat them you will want to eat twice as much.With any diet where you cut out so much of one thing (ex. adkins) once you start to eat the carbs normally again you will gain the weight back

Starving is a **** way for making yourself lose weight. :/You screw up your metabolism.Your cousin only lost weight fast, because honestly, she probably did need to lose a lot of weight. I don t believe all of that weight will stay off though.

i wouldnt try that diet. i think you should eat healthier and work out. i dont think it is healthy to lose 24 lbs in a week. if you have ever seen the biggest loser that works for them.

I m certain that it is very possible to lose that much weight in a week... but most of those pounds won t be from fat.I don t really care how you decide to lose weight, but before you decide I think that you should at least know that there is a large difference between weight loss and fat loss (and thus get your last question is it worth it? answered)As I said, you can lose a lot of weight in a short period of time (when I used the cambridge diet I lost 4 pounds/day by just watching tv), but most of the weight you lose won t be from fat, but your muscle. After having a child I lost 75 lbs by, eating just cereal everyday for every meal 5 days a wk. on weekends, I hate only lowfat foods and not after 5 p.m. Such as, baked chicken, 1 veg, and zero to nonfat desert. I did not give up my sweet tea through the week, and ate any kind of cereal out there. Anytime, during the day I d eat a bowl of cereal if I got hungry. It work quick also!

the best and the fastest way to lose weight is to obstruct the quantity of food that we eat! dont skip meals ull end up feeling very hungry by the next meal....just try and concentrate on some really imp issue like ur studies ,ur bf or sumthing that doesnt deal with FOOD! its the best.i used to have milk toasted rusk(available at indian markets) with a large cup of tea for breakfast,if i felt hungry in between meals i used to munch on an apple or any such fruit,for lunch i had proper home made food (have the entire meal),in the evening have milk its neccesary for our bones,ad for dinner i used to have a med bowl of pasta with veggies or soup and salad.i even opted for plain gravy and whatever mum made for dinner without any carbs! im a b+ so carbs make me gain weight! have loads of water and jog days a week for 15mints! ull lose weight like sumthing! i lost 6kgs in 1 month.

eat small (very small, like three crackers) amounts of food 5 to 6 times a day it will keep your metabolisim running drink water

Hi Lindsay...Its good that you want to lose weight.But i would like to suggest that the best way to lose ur extra fat or whatever you say is to make it shed by working out and not by starving yourself.You can reduce your food intake but increase your body activity which will mak eyou lose calories....You can spend some time to identify the calorie intake per day and the calories you burn in your daily activities....Once you identify and match these then you will be alright.From my point that is the best way.... :)Regards,Varalu.

skip break fast skip lunch skip supper take only something enough at night not much just enough .. it really helps in one week I can garuntee you will loose like 10 pounds but you have to have will power .. it worked for me ...

You lose weight quickly, you will very quickly put it back on.No alcohol, don t eat after seven pm, eat healthy, balanced small meals. LOTS of water.
