I like to equate this question with buying something over the internet and buying something in a store. It comes down to instant gratification. When you buy something over the internet you have to wait two or three days before you get your item. If you buy in a store you have it in your hand, instantly! You get to play with it or wear it right away and that gratification is what we crave.Losing weight fast equals instant gratification. I want to wear that outfit NOW! I don t want to have to wait three or four months before I can put it on....I want it nowwwww whaaaaa! I admit, I love instant gratification too but the OP is right, there are medical risks in rapid weight loss. Think of your health first and foremost and it will definitely be worth the wait (no pun intended)!

I have to agree with you. I m overweight (5 4 and 225 lbs.), and even I know that anything worth doing takes time and effort.

To reduce weight from both bum and thighs, you have to follow proper diet with exercises.In Diet, you have to reduce carbohydrates and increase protein rich food. Avoid eating white bread, potatoes, rice and drink lots of water i.e. drink 8 to 20 ounce glasses of water in a day. In exercise you can include sit ups, pull ups, push ups, squats. Also do min 30 min walk.

try riding a bike and dancing, and dont eat pasta, a lot of bread, and soups.Also dont eat after 6, drink 2 l of water, and reduce sugar good luck ;)

When I joined weight watchers last year I lost half a stone in the first two weeks. Cut your portion sizes, and change to reduced fat food- diet fizzy drinks, low far margerine, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, sweetners instead of sugar etc. Cut out sugary cerials and go for Bran flakes, museli or similar. Use low calorie cooking spray instead of olive oil or butter when frying food. Also, re areas of slimming. You can t choose which area to slim, it s an all over thing. I lost two stone in total, the first from my tummy and face and the second from my legs, arms etc. Really it s anyone s guess!Good luck! xx
What is the best way to lose weight fast?? -
Simple. Eat less calories and work out. Count all of your calories, everywhere you go, and aim really low. (but not below a safe level, use a calorie calculator to figure out the right level)Then do aerobic exercises, if you aren t drenched in sweat and out of breath its not aerobic enough. I prefer running. Exercise 5-6 days a week. If you do that you should be able to drop 2-3lbs a week. Don t expect more or you will either be burning lean muscle or just dropping water weight.P.S. The human head only weighs eight pounds. Duh.P.P.S If you are 5 4 and 100lbs you don t need to lose weight.

I am 13 years old, 5 4 and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight.
