How can i lose weight fast? -

Im 5 0 and currently 155i want to lose as much weight as i canby june! but my goal is 120-130 any suggestions?and please, within budget lol TIMES ARE HARD!!!-- thanks!

Always eat a good breakfast! It starts you matabulism and you burn calories. Then, eat less on lunch and dinner. Don t try to eat half of what your eating now. Take a little bit of your plate by day so you can get used to eating less.Then, in any free time jog, do sit ups and push ups!You will see improvement! Just keep at that schedule!
