Will I lose weight fast if I do this? -

I m drinking 1 slim fast shake in the morning and another 1 at night and I m walking 30 minutes a day. Do you think that I can lose weight fast by doing this?

i would say not ur not giving ur body enough to go on!exercise is gd but make sure u have 3 balanced meals a day or 6 mini meals aswell eating off a blue plate can help you not feel so hungry and not eat as much!

When you starve yourself your body goes into danger mode and reduces metabolism to conserve as much energy store as it can, i.e. it makes sure it can function with the least amount of energy expenditure. This will make you feel incredibly tired as the brain is functioning on less energy (headaches will be common) and general tiredness. When you do eat normally again the body will asimilate the calories aggresively and you ll find you put the weight on very fast again! Ouch!the atkins will help you loose weight fast but in the worst possible way. It will send your liver into ketosis and you ll smell terrible! Then when you touch carbs again you ll balloon. The best way is to eat a little less, exercise a bit more and cut out things like white bread, and white pasta. Obviously, replace snacks with things like fruit and nuts and you ll find yourself with more energy and also you ll really notice the weight loss after two weeks.PM for recipes

uh yeah you have to eat to lose weight going on liquid diets sound gross and I know eating real food sounds more appealing then that so stick to eating healthy and exercising regularly. You don t instantly lose weight so just keep that in mind.

It s okay to eat you know. You are just starving yourself and your body is not used to that starvation. Just have your shake in the morning , salad for lunch (low-fat dressing if any dressing), and some vegetable dinner , then nothing after dinner. Walk on a treadmill 30 minutes every day also! i like this gout but i know he wond notice me cause im over weight! I play sports and all but I still just cant get the weight off. its so hard. I want to lose some weight not just so i can get noticed by that guy but also for my own health. So do you people know any good ways to lose weight and fast?

We have the same problem on losing the extra weight. I ve been struggling about it for 2 years. Before when I m still in my early 20 s I did a yoyo diet and paired it with exercise. It worked out well. I was able to lose 5 lbs then for a month. All I did was just eat bread, drank milk in the morning and the evening and refrained from eating too much rice or fast food snacks. I tried doing it now at my age but I always end up not losing anything. It s a good thing that you are into sports.I suggest you watch your food in take. Focus on more fiber, exercise and drink lots of water :)But if you are in a hurry to lose all that weight you might want to consider taking diet pills like xenical or maybe going under the knife like liposuction or smart lipo.Hope this helps :)

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. you dont want to lose weight fast cuz you ll just end up losing muscle mass, dropping your metabolism, then gaining all fat back and be in a worse position than before. Slow and steady wins the race, trust me!

Okay, first off, DO NOT USE ANY DIETING PILLS.They do more harm than good no matter WHAT they say.Dieting is NOT the way to go. If you diet, you actually end up putting on more weight when you stop.Doing sports as you are is the best thing to do. I m sure that you are losing weight (no matter how slowly it may be happening), but in the mean time, eat a bit healthier. Make sure that you re eating the right amount of carbs, protein, vitamins, minerals etc., and don t try eating no carbs (as so many do), because it s really just one of the worst thing you can do to your body.

How to lose weight? Please help!? -

I m a 230lb guy and am trying to get down to 200lbs. The problem isn t that I don t excercise, it s not that I m replacing fat with muscle, it s not even just me eating bad food, it s that I just get too hungry and then eat a ton. Is there some way to not have the desire to eat as much/curb my appetite? I ve seen stuff on tv like fullbar or slimquick shakes for women, but I m hoping there s another way. Hi Boca chick,I ve got some great ideas for you to lose weight and keep it off, and it may not be what you are thinking. Keep up that exercise, that is GREAT! But, diet is the other half of the battle hon. I won t go into exercise, but healthy eating only.Losing weight is not as hard as people think, in fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. i m sure you ve looked through alot of diets, don t, you ve also probably heard what i m about to say before, but believe it cause its the way it is, eat often, only vegetables and protein, id say every 2-4 hours eat maybe 20 grams of protein for you and however many vegetables you want. the more the better because it speeds your metabolism when you eat, also find exercises you want to do, i wont tell you what you should do, everyone is different, just find it and do it as often as possible and keep a stern attitude towards not cheating the diet and working your *** off to shed those pounds. hope this helps, don t give up keep at it.
