Just friends, and never more ? ? -

All my friends, guys included, say i m pretty. When i make a comment like oh i m so fat they re like omg, no you re not. Whenever i like a guy, im usually his friend first. When i tell them how i feel about them, they never return the feeling. I can t help but think, if i m pretty, not fat, and a nice funny person like my friends say i am, why does no one have feelings for me ? I m always the reliable friend, but never the girlfriend. I am 5 0 and 130lbs and i feel so huge. I know this is vain, but i just have to ask, guys, would you date me? (based on the pictures below). Is there something majorly wrong that would make you not want to approach me ? I m not fishing for compliments, and i m not a troll. I ll be honest. You re a tiny bit chubby. But definitely not fat. Don t obsess over your weight. I don t know about other guys, but it s a big turn off for me when girls are always saying Eww, I m fat and ugly . Have more confidence in yourself. You re a pretty girl. Maybe you just haven t found the right guy yet. To answer your question though, about dating you. I couldn t give you an answer based on your appearance. I care about more than that. But I d certainly give you a try and get to know you better.

How to lose weight? -

i m a 16 year old male: 5 5.5 -5 6 barefoot and i weigh 137 lbs. how can i lose weight? i feel like i m fat/starting to gain weight, i m even thinking about going on a vegetarian diet. ( i love my chicken pork ect. but counting cal. are hard lol) but i ve been told if i don t eat meat it could stunt my growth... is this true? also i m planning on working out 3-4 times a week...is this good? also what type of exercises should i do? i m thinking of doing 10-15 min. of cardio every other day plus weight training and push-ups and crunches. any answers are appreciated

Looks good to me . I am 77 now and have had 2 bypass operations and it looks like my cholesterol was high and my genes. But cut all meat to about 10% of what u did eat. Now meat is not such a challange. Am doing quite a bit to get my strength up again. As u get older every time u have been sick u need to push your self to get back to helth again ,and every time it is harder. It is tempting to say well it is not bad at my age. That will not do it.

Okay, I have read so many different types of things about losing weight. I understand that I need to eat a certain amount of calories, and I know certain things are bad for me. You can really target weight loss in one specific part of your body. You can tone...but not lose weight. If you do cardio, you ll lose body fat, but its not guaranteed you ll lose it where you want to. If you re 5ft, 104, and 12 yrs old...you re perfect just the way you are...but if you re set on trying...just try to tone up with a little strength training. Hope this helps :)
