Change your routine. Do cardio for longer distances or longer time, its your choice but change it up. Do strength training. It is a proven fact that if you add some kind of weight/resistance training than you will raise your metabolism and burn more fat. Do sprints. You need to up you cardio. Do at least 45 minutes...try to do 60 minutes of cardio if you can. You need to do cardio 5-6 days a week. You should see better results this way.Also reduce your calorie in take. Best way to do this is stop drink calories.

What you re doing is great so far- try working active things into your day even more, and spread it out throuout your day if you can. Try changing your eating habits to more fruits and vegetables, less red meat and sugas and fats. You re a pretty good wight for your height... don t try to lose too much!
