How does a 14 year old boy lose a lot of weight? -

I m a 14 year old boy that weighs 165 pounds and I am 5ft 6in. I try to lose weight but I just lose a couple pounds not a lot I want to weigh 125 pounds. Can some one tell me some excercises or tips that will help me lose weight fast.

You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body.What I did was I went on an eating-only-corn-flakes diet. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs). After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever), I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits. I m able to keep off the weight I ve lost for ~6 years now.Currently, I ve been exercising. I have an air-stepper at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I m improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those standing-up crunches. I don t know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. You can see a sample of it here:http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness��The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now. ^____^ Very happy with the results. You can do as many as your body can tollerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It s incredible!If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yougurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^Good luck! :D

My advise would be to take it slow by sitting down in the morning when no won is up,turning on your fav tv show and start doing crunches.if you do that for 15 min a day for about 2 weeks youll loose up to 10 pounds every 2 weeks.but you have to keep it in your sceduale NO MATTER WHAT! i hope this helps.remember that your beautiful inside,not just on the out.

How to lose weight and get rid of spots? -

Ok so with that qustion I realise I sound like a total mess lol. But I would just like to slim down a little and I always get the odd spot on my face and it all really detracts from my confidence.The sudden reason for this is that this incredibly good looking guy asked me out and I feel strange being with him when hes so good looking and I feel second rate. It s obious hes not the least bit shallow so let say I m doing this for myself.So anyone any tips?

if you are 12 then get involved in sports and play outside with your friends everyday after doing your home work. this is the best way to get in shape at your age. Also it is late and go to bed.

Well first of all. Almost all of those dieting products wont help much at all. Its ALL about what you do! First of all three main things, BE ACTIVE. Watch WHAT you eat. Watch how MUCH you eat. So do some exercises, eat healthy foods.... no fast food or junk ever if you are going to be serious about this. You can eat three big healthy meals a day if it is good clean foods. If you feel hungry after you eat you are probably losing weight. Your going to be hungry for a while because your body is used to getting more food than what you will be doing. good luck

that s easy. Don t eat white carbs past lunch, but try to stick with only whole grains. Eat lots of green veggies and salads and fill up on that with also some good protein like tuna. Don t snack on anything but fruit and veggies or nuts. Drink TONS of water and keep moving!

What are some good ways to lose weight fast? -

Like exercises, I like to dance, run, and jump on my trampoline. I don t want to buy videos or stuff like that... Can any give me some suggestions? And healthy suggestions about food instead of junk food.

Okay, it s really great that you like to run, because that is one of the best forms of exercise you can do because it is cardio and:1) burns off your stored fat2) reveals your muscles by losing this fat. 3) as well as defines, tones, and strengthens muscles.So, I would suggest that you run as much/can a day. If that doesn t seem to work out too well, try going to the gym and getting on the elliptical. It is a little less strenuous on your knees and hips, but still really great! If you like jumping on your trampoline, you probably wouldn t mind jump roping which is also very beneficiail to your health and losing weight. As far as food goes, I would cut down on fat intake, increase your protein intake (especially if you are going to be doing cardio exercise and building you muscles; protein is vital to build muscles) and drink lots of water. TONS of water. And, when you have the urge to indulge in bad foods, or snack, just drink some water or low calories drinks to help fill your stomach and you will find that it does wonders. Also, try cutting your calorie intake by about 500 calories a day. If you do these things, you will (depending on your weight) lose 1-3-pounds a week. This is a healthy way to lose the weight, and sorry to say, but there is really no EASY way to lose weight fast.Lots of work involved. Good luck and I hope I helped.

well first off. dont eat big mealseat 5 to 6 small meals a day. also keep a balanced diet and watch how many calories you take in. in order to loose weight you must burn more than you take in.instead of what most of us snack on nowadays snack on strawberries, apples, etc. yet if youre a sucker for your sweet tooth stay away from oranges and other fruits such as that (they make you crave sweets). drink water lots of it!!! especially when exercising. you cant be loosing weight if youre passed out from dehydration.think positively also.

Stop eating junk food all together. Eat real not processed food and exercise. And limit both.

Don t eat junk food...fresh fruits and veggies...lean meat...drink water...whole grain cereals and breads...Exercise: Dancing, jogging, walking, bicycling, rollerblading, trikking, climbing stairs, jumping jacks, jumping rope, crunches for your abs, etc.

losing weight fast isn t usually very healthy. all the exercises you mentioned are great. as far as diet, eating low fat and controlling portions is the best way...which is what Weight Watchers is about. I have lost 70lbs.

DINNER: same as lunch, but a lite starch.*dont eat morning star every day cuz they are high in sodium.eat lean, white meats mostly, red meat (2 times a week mostly), coffee-2 or 3c a day only, water 64oz (equivalent is 1 gallon or 8cups)-THIS IS EXTREMLY IMPORTANT if u want it come off quickly. if you are bloated, you can drink hot lemon water. (squeeze a whole lemon w/ very hot water.. disgusting i know, but it works and the lemon is also good for ur skin.) sweetner/sugar substitute: use stevia. (it an all natural alternative, much better than splenda.)if you find urself hungry, you can have 1 extra vegetable or fruit. (the extra starches might keep ur weight on, so avoid them.) as snacks. you can also, buy protein bars. (i like to eat: luna bars becuz they are very tasty, low sugar, low sodium, low calories high in protein and fiber...
