How can I lose weight fast? -

I need to lose 30 lbs in 11 weeks. I m having trouble stopping myself from eating late at night. I m 110 and 5 1 and 13yrs old.So 80 is still within a healthy weight range for my age and height. I don t want to be super muscular or anything. Can you give me some tips??Don t tell me that its dangerous either cuz I don t mind if it is.

You are a healthy weight if you are 15 pounds less than that rule, or 25 pounds more than that rule. You are perefect. Please dont lose weight, you will develop a disorder.

I have started to power walk/run at LEAST 3 days a week, usually 45 minutes. I have been swimming for a couple of months too but now the pool is closed. I ve lost 8kg on 4months but I want it to go faster.I try not to eat junk food! You d loose a lot of weight. But that is not healthy. At all. That is approaching anorexia territory, if not already there. You will loose a lot of water first, which will fool you, because you ll think it is working. But that is not working, that is just depriving your body of a necessity. After that, you ll burn through your fat storage, and that will be the area where you ll want to stop. But mentally, it s hard. After that, if you keep it up, you re body will start eating muscle, and it gets even harder to stop. your heart will get weak. It will get dangerous. So my advice is don t do it. Just give it time. Eat, but watch your proportions. Drink water. Exercise consistently. And be patient.

I believe salad contains a lot of fat calories. But all you have to do is cut down on what you eat. Eat like half of what you originally eat and then drink about 8 glasses of water everyday. lady d, I would start with fasting for 2 days. Drink a lot of clear liquids--water, tea, fruit and vegetable juice. Well if you re not looking for health, this is what I do:Day 1: No food, no exercise. Liquids only, mainly water.For days 2-7, pick one:a. All liquid diet. You need to drink stuff with some sugar in it though, to keep you going. Exercise: Do the highest level of interval workout that you can (interval is going from a meduim walking speed to a running speed, and back down again over and over. 30 seconds on the run-time, 1min 30 seconds walk). Interval exercise (30-60 min.), then situps and lunges. Do as many of the examples listed above as you want as extras. Eat all food before 3pm. After 3pm, only 0 calorie drinks. With both of the above, drink 2-3 liters of water a day.Days 8 up: You can have either one bad thing everyday and nothing else, or you can have 600-800 cal. Interval exercise, strength training. (45-60 min. altogether). You can cut back to 2 liters of water a day. If you go with the one bad thing route, then eat it between 8am and 4 pm. Exercise at 5pm or later.
