Ok ,there are so many different ways for the poor man or womans diet ,,A lot of folks agree on the water diet ,but the first thing to do in the morning to start the process is drink warm or hot water with 1 lemon sqeezed in.Then believe it or not ,EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST .Never eat anything that says light or sugar free,you are setting yourself up for failer if you do.Drink hot teas not sodas even cold tea is better than soda,Dont drink diet anything,youscrew your own metabo,up with these artificial sweetners,not to mention your kidneys .Salads are great ,remember SALADS NOT DRESSINGS,if you cant pallet straight veggies and fruits ,a little pepper or olive oil helps to add more flavor.,stay away from salt ,everything on the planet has salt in it ,the excess salt consumpsion makes you hold water and weight.dinner ,try to do a small salad and eat well again,stay away from enriched bread,yeast in the bread takes days to break down.and try pro biotics ,its a natural digestive enzime that aids in digestion and nutrient absorbtion, ie less food consumption.Snacks all day get fruit you like ,cut it up,chill it bag it take it with you anywhere.,Sleepy time , dont laugh it works almost over night ,,plastic rap problem areas kinda snug ,not blood stopping tight.,top to bottom,You will notice a difference in 3 days maybe less if you are true to your self. I lost 28lbs in 3 weeks NO BULL,I stuck to it and in 3 months 42lbs YEAH .Little excercise you can do at you desk or at home ,stretch stretch stretch.when you have blood flow you move toxins and fats out of your system so much faster.But you have to want to also,dont start then stop.You will develope energy from no where ,and the weight is history
