Hi my name is gerry and i m 17 years old im 6,3 weight around 16 stone. Im lookin for a quick weight to lose weight and gain alot of muscle without running as i had a broken knee and it really hurts to run. Any answers would be well appretiated thanks...

OK, here s how it works in real life. For every kilo you wish to loose, you must burn 4000 calories more than you take in. So, you may eat fewer calories, or even fast OCCASIONALLY and/or you may exercise to burn off some of the calories you eat. It need not be running. Exercises like pull-ups, sex, swimming all burn calories without using you leg. It doesn t matter what exercise you do, simply focus on burning calories, or not eating as many in the first place. By far, being consistint is far more important than trying to do too much for a short time.

You can do it. You may just be eating the wrong type of food. that s okay for start. but you need to change! don t eat less, only enough that will make you feel satisfied for few hours until next meal time. make sure you get at least 3 meals a day--especially breakfast! though you have tried to do yoga, which is good...but forgetting it isn t helping at all. don t only focus on that. try to find time, which i m sure, in your schedule to get out and exercise. a walk around the neighborhood few times a week, is good, or even better when jog/run. with all of this, you would be better off to start it now and not drag along to the approach of summer with nothing have been achieved. it depends on:getting 3 meals a day..with sleep!exercise at least 3 times a day...no matter what kind...just something that will get you moving! The best way to lose weight is to build muscle. Although running and swimming are good for you and help you burn calories fast I don t believe this is the most effective method. You need to actually pump iron because once you build muscle your body will naturally burn fat even when you aren t doing much. Before you exercise I would recommend eating carbs such as breads so that you are not wasting any energy. After working out eat protein such as peanut butter so that you build muscle faster. Since you are female while working out do longer reps with lighter weight so you build lean muscle so you don t have man arms lol.Also, remember that each pound contains 3500 calories. If you eat over the amount that you burn every day then you will obviously gain weight. Go running. If you run, swim, and/or bike then you can start to lose weight for the summer. To get flat abs, I can t say you ll get them by the summer but if you try to do crunches daily every day for several months, you ll see some positive results!

How are you trying?I do between 1-2 hours of solid exercise each day to look as good as I do. Why do YOU deserve to look good? Do you do that much exercise? If you are doing between 1-2 hours of exercise per day (such as running, jogging, or weights) and still not losing the weight, see a doctor :)

well, for one thing Thailand is in asia. and most likely all asian actresses are skinny and the men muscular.if you look @ taiwan, japan, korea s actresses there are slim...especailly since asians tend to be slim because of their petite structure.but anyways, loosing weight is the same in any country: exercise, determination, and healthy eating.:)
