Losing weight quickly.? -

my boyfriend i would like to lose 10-15 pounds by November 30th, today is November 3rd. I know people can do this, we just need something to motivate us to keep going.. we need advice on what to do.

Here are a few tips;WHEN to eat for losing weight... ? Eat (at least) three times a day. Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must eat (the right things, of course) ? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.? Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try. OK, one apple after 18:00 ? Don t starve Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health. Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet. ? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.WHAT to drink for losing weight... ? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day ! Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water! This improves your bowel, reduces the hunger sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks! Don t believe the slogan water makes me fat . Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys. ? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed! Don t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions. ? Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.Exercise for losing weight... ? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good. ? Don t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts... I guarantee THIS won t work for your weight loss... ? Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don t be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants! ? Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don t regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.? Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?? Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.Good luck!

Try this Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole grain toast and a bananaLunch: oatmeal and and apple [oatmeal is so filling]Dinner: salad and fruitSnack: pickles [they are the best to help when craving salty stuff]Skip rope for about 10 minuets run for 15 mins and do 30 crunches everyday increase when this gets too easy[while watching TV or something]

When I came home from camp, I weighted 129 lbs. I used to weigh 116 lbs. My doctor told me to drink Aquafina Flavor Splash! It has no calories, 0 sugars. NOTHING!!! I drank it at least 3 or 4 times a day! Just continue to eat whatever u eat, but drink the water!!! with breakfast, lunch and dinner and in the middle of the day when ur thirsty. It totally fills u up!!! I started to drink it in OCT of last year, by the time DEC, JAN rolled in, I weight 125lbs. now I weight at least between 120-123 lbs. and i still eat junk food at school!! Can someone make me a weight loss program? -

I want to lose weight the right way but I need help. This is what I been eating, Breakfast: Special K and fruit and drinking grapefruit juice, snack: maybe fruit or half a PB J sandwich, Lunch: Whats ever left over from dinner( small portion) snack: fruit or half a PB J sandwich, Dinner: either cereal or whats ever for dinner.I catch the bus to work and I get off a few stop to walk the rest of the way 3 days a week which is about 2-3 blocks and coming home I walk about 1-2 blocks to and from bus stop, I haven t start exercising yet but I plan to work out maybe 3-4 days a week I have Billy Blanks boot camp videos. I need someone with experience or have lost weight doing a certain plan I don t have a lot of money to go out and buy a lot of stuff to help me so Im trying to work with the food I usually have at home. Can someone help me Im 5 4 I weigh 160 lbs trying to get down to 130 by spring of 09

After I had my first child, I started doing circuit training in my living room. It s just a series short-burst (30-60 seconds) exercises with no rest in-between (to keep up your heart rate) Circuit training is the absolute best way to lose weight because it combines cardio with weight training and works out your entire body. If you go the full-body route, make sure you rest every other day. If you want a daily workout, just exercise your upper body on Monday, lower on Tuesday, abs on Wednesday, etc. (rotate) I d start out with 10-12 exercises, 30 seconds each in one circuit. If you feel you can repeat the circuit, repeat. Work your way to adding more exercises, for longer periods of time, and possibly repeating an entire circuit. The variety helps with boredom and for people who can stand to be on a treadmill for 30 minutes straight. Drink lots of water- lean protein- chicken and fish- fresh apples, oranges, pears- oatmeal with flax seed- lowfat yogurt, 1% milk- walnuts, raisins- cheese, whole grain crackers and pasta, whole wheat bread- eggs- lowfat frozen yogurt.Stay away from: fast food, soda, and eat sweets in moderation Report Abuse

I am 14, and male. I moved to France from the USA in August. In the US, I weighed 150lbs, now since moving here I ve been losing weight quickly and I am now aproximatly 130lbs. I am constantly hungry, even though i get something to eat every 30min or so. Is there something wrong?

French food is generally much lighter and healthier than American food. Keep a caloric journal of everything you eat before seeing a doctor.

well sounds pretty normal for a 14 year old. your body is changing... dropping baby fat and teen boys usualy eat you out of house!
