I m able to keep off the weight I ve lost for ~6 years now. At summer camp, I ve also went on a cereal-salad-and-skim milk diet . For breakfast, I would only eat grain cereal with skim milk and drink another glass. For lunch and dinner each day, I had only a salad and two glasses of skim milk per meal. Camp was only 5 days, but I lost a considerable amount of weight for my father to notice my weight loss. xDCurrently, I ve been exercising. I have an air-stepper at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I m improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those standing-up crunches. I don t know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. You can do as many as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It s incredible!If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^Good luck! :D

yes that is very healthy for you, but try and get more sleep, your still young :) and heres more tips:do an early morning workout. (30-1hr)eat breakfast, its the most important meal of the day.but eat a healthy meal, like a fruit with OJ or milk, and some eggs.the best thing to do is simply watch the amount of calorie intake. You can really eat what you want, but make sure your gettin the right amount. Too much of something in one sitting is very bad. So for like lunch eat a fruit, a sandwich, salad, or something not very heavy or too light. For dinner, eat proteins, Carbhoydrates and a vegetable. Work out everyday, or atleast 5 days a week. (walking)stay away from fast food and fried food.Organic foods are best.The type of milk you drink also matters..if you drink whole milk gradually start drinkin 2%then move your way down to 1% and than silk/soy milkgood luck :)

the way that i lost a lot of weight was running dieting and exercise. i know this sounds weird but i started to do yoga and me and my dad both lost a lot of weight i went from being 180 to being 155 and im loving it. just one thing it has to be a life style and exercise needs to be done daily hope this helps

The green tea diet is BS. The key to losing weight is also NOT less calories. If you want to lose weight you need a solid diet of high fiber vegetables and lean proteins. Drink plenty of water and try to eat 5 balanced meals a day low in saturated fats. Exercise every day alternating workouts and you should shed those pounds fast!

rong attitude sweety, you should start having more frequent, smaller, healthier meals, go for a lot of cardio, and i mean a lot, run, jog, bike, step, dance, anything you can thatll get your heart beating, dont be in a rush to be skinny, or youll never get where you want, just know that your body can only lose about 2 or 3 pounds a week, healthily, if you eat and excercise rite, in your case, yea, just a lot of cardio, and not so much carbs
