you have to exercise.. 15 minutes of jump jacks a day will help you lose weight.
well eat somthing healthy..NO CHOLESTEROL!! dont drink jucies and stuff..so NO SUGAR!!!and..hmm..dance..dancing is really good..im just like u..im trying to lose wieght..i lost 3 kg in 2 weeks..i just ate somthing light and dance or run ..or whatever u like..but the best thing is to dance cuz its fun+its really ur body looks good XDDDGOOD LUCK!!
