anyone know a really fast way to loose weight?i literally gained the freshmen 15 this year. i am 5 5 and about 140 lbs and a size 4i want to be at least a size 2 by memorial day weekend. whats the best way to lose weight effectively? and dont say stupid things like don t eat

stupid things like dont eat means dont eat sht..of course you have to do exercises to lose weight, also as EATING CORRECT food as fresh vegetables or fruits and other food such as boiled or steamed meat or fish. less oils and fats...you must eat less colories as you lose per day during exercises.so i recommend you do some running which is effective.home exercises as crunches squats or pushups also helps if you want better results.bike could be good but not too much as its not that effective, good for warmup.and finally for god and quich results swimming.swimming is very effective and basically while swimming your whole body works.by swimming 2 hours a day, after 1 month you could see big differences.p.s: swimming for losing fat or gaining muscles isnt playing with water with your friends.however you must train hard and push yourself to the limit.

It s not a solution.The best way to lose fat is a combined of weightlifting and cardio vascular exercises.Drink lots of water, 7-8 glasses a day, eat less carbohydrates (white bread, pasta etc), cut the sugar, soda drinks, all that **** is bad for you.One day you go do a little bit of weight lifting, use dumbbells, free weights.next day go jog for a good 20 minutes.Sleep well and eat small meals, 3-4 meals a day.In the morning you can eat a good breakfast, yes with carbohydrates.If you keep to what i said you should lose weight.
you can try organic foods and regularly excersize...but thats boring. you can also do something stupid like throw up after you eat sure become anorexic...just kidding if you seriously want to lose weight fast just dont eat junk food eat more vegtables and just make excersizing a habbit
1. It s not healthy to lose weight really fast. 2. you are bound to gain it back! 3. .5 to 2 lbs a week is average and healthy (I love the Biggest Loser but it s unrealistic)! Good luck w/ your goals!
Do the special K diet. Its actually pretty good! Looks up to a dress size in 2 weeks! I did it, and actually lost 2 dress sizes and 10 lbs
Join Jenny Craig..ahhhhhhahaha Jk! Just eat healthy, stop snacking, cut out fats (but not all at once because cutting cold turkey makes you fail) and excersise exercise, exercise!
