I need weight loss tips! please? -

ok im 14 and i weigh 157. but im also 5ft6 and big boned and i need to lose weight b4 i go to high school in the fall or people will think im a poser.because im emo and scene. but im not super skinnie. in the summer i weighed 175 and now im down to 157 but i need to lose more fast. i cant talk to my doc. cuz my mom get s mad @ me when i tell her im fat or over weight. my bf loves my curves but i dont. i really really am trying to lose weight. 1: i drink diet drinks or water 2: i excersize after i eat and for 1 up to 2 hours every day! 3:i eat right. can any 1 please give me advice? im sick of haveing curves and crap!

I want to lose about 10 lbs over the next month before I go on vacation! i go to the gym on a regular basis, I cut out pop last fall, and I eat pretty healthy. My weight never really changes, and when ever i lose a couple lbs, I gain them right back! really I only need to lose weight on my sides(love handles!).

It sounds like you re on the right track. If you re doing all of that and still not seeing results I would recommend just increasing the intensity of your exercise a little bit. If you re jogging 2 miles a day, up it to 3, instead of doing 200 crunches, do 300, etc. Also, maintain your healthy diet but decrease your portion size, if you re eating a plate of pasta for instance, only eat 3/4 of what you normally eat. Try to eliminate sodas, potato chips, candy and things like that from your daily diet if you haven t already.If you maintain all of this and are consistent you should see results in a few weeks.
