First, losing too much weight too fast is bad for you. Your best bet is to consult your doctor, or a nutritionist. 30pounds by that time dose nt seem like a realistic goal, try to go for like 17-23 pounds seems more realistic and just try to not eat more calories than u burn a day, may be a 1200calories a day seems good.

Since you are only 13 years old I would wait it out over the summer and don t worry about the weight. Hangout with your friends and have a great Summer. You will grow out of that weight, you are only 5 1 now give it a couple of months and you will get taller and loose that weight trust me I have seen it happen many of times! If you feel like thats not going to happen ask your parents to take you to a nutritionist, or see you family doctor and ask him about if you need to go on a diet. i did it by cutting back on the junk i ate alot but still having the odd snack or munchie lol and if i was sweeping or moping id do a pole dance or if i had to go from the kitchen to bedroom id do it on my butt , before i had my shower id count to 200 while jogging on the spot n i had a skipping rope it took me 1 year to go from 85 kgs down to 55kgs n that was 10 years ago
